I’ve ordered twice through Akibashi during this pandemic and I think their handling of figures are very good. Boxes were in great shape and delivery was very fast.

I recently got into figure collecting. In the uk I found it was difficult to find reputable sites, luckily I came across Akibashi! I wanted to order two figures that were going to be out for preorder within the next few days, so I asked the owner if he’d have them in stock. The lovely guy said he would, and told me he’d email me when they were available. I won’t receive them until next year but he was incredibly helpful, and their prices can be cheaper than DekaiAnime. Though they don’t have the same variety of products, they make up for it with fantastic customer service and good prices.

I also just received the Zelda and Link BOTW nendoroids. Both came when they said they would, in great packaging and in perfect condition. Definitely buy from here!

I can’t recommend this company enough! Placing an order is easy and I got confirmation straight away! I realised I wanted something else and emailed akibashi and my question was answered immediately and I was told if I placed another order they would make sure my things would be sent together. Two days later they arrive perfectly packed. Brilliant service I will be using Akibashi again! If you’re an anime collectible fan this is the place to go!
