Ordered the Zelda nendoroid when it was open for pre-order. No issues whatsoever. Was notified in March over a delay due to the coronavirus which wasn't necessary, but greatly appreciated. Received it today in perfect condition. Terrific company to order from and communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in collecting these figures like I do!

Gorgeous product! Will order from again.
My little Nendoroid arrived beautifully packed and protected so it was guaranteed to arrive unscathed. I would have preferred more communication during the preorder phase if there was any delays for the release, but that’s personal preference. Overall I’m immensely satisfied.

Extremely pleased with the speed at which my item arrived, and with how well my item was packaged and protected. Having mint condition packaging is something I highly value as a collector.
