Great store and great service! Really love how everything is set up and is easy to navigate, as well as the point system, it’s a great idea. Especially from a fairly new store everything is just amazing and would definitely buy from here again, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy anything anime!

Amazing quality and fast delivery
I recently ordered a Figma figure and the BNHA mug from here, and I was very happy. I ordered the package on Monday, and it arrived 2 days later. When it arrived, I was a little worried as the box had a huge hole in the side and this was my first time buying anything from them, but when I opened the package both products and their containers where completely undamaged, with not a single crease. The mug had an awkward black smudge on it, but I believe that it's more the manufacturers fault than Akibashi's. Overall, I recommend ordering from here.

We are a bit saddened to hear that the package came to you with a hole in the box, that clearly should never happen but unfortunately packages in transit are out of our control, couriers should be more careful!
We are extremely glad to hear that the products inside are undamaged, we take great care in the packaging to ensure situations like the one you described do not affect and damage the products you buy.
Regarding the mug, if you want to email us at info@akibashi.co.uk and show us an image of the black smudge, we can look at a possibility of giving you a replacement if you feel the smudge is too much of a bother to you. We are more than happy to ensure that you get the best out of our service!
