Banging stuff would definitely buy again might put one of the characters in the "jar"

I just got one of my orders, and I’m happy to say I have more on the way later in the year! Considering the situation with Covid the shipping was surprising fast, and my actual order was in perfect condition. The box was a little torn up, but that’s just how it is with shipping, and it had no impact on the thing I actually ordered (which was packed securely). No problems overall!

They were really good. I pre ordered a figure and it arrived very quickly after the release date. It was very well packaged and came with branded tissue paper which was cool. Will definitely order with them again.

This is my first time ever using one of good smile company’s partner shops, and I am so happy!!! In the past I’ve always used eBay but have recently been scammed on there so thought I would try somewhere different! After reading all the reviews for Akibashi I thought I would give it a try, and I was not disappointed!! I had been looking for Inosukes nendoroid and everywhere else was sold out, and found him on here, he was also a very good and reasonable price!!! Delivery only took 3 days, 3 days!!!! And the nendoroid was perfectly protected in loads of bubble wrap to keep it from getting damaged! The nendoroid is also 100% genuine and authentic! I could also track every step of the delivery so I knew when it would be delivered! Thy even had wrapped the nendoroid box in a tissue paper with their logo on which I thought was super cute! Wish I could attach photos to show. This will now be my go to place to shop for figmas and nendoroids! I am honestly so happy and can not praise this store enough!!! Just wish I had discovered them sooner 😂

I preordered the Nendoroid Doll Hatsune Miku, not too long before the eta point I found out that I was suddenly moving so I contacted the shop and the address change was no problem, contacted them again as my tracking app was saying that Miku was out for delivery in a location no where near my house and they sent me a tracking link that said where I lived.
Absolutely amazing service and Miku arrived safe and sound.

I was absolutely shocked when I found the Nendoroid I've been looking for for months on this website, and even more shocked that it was listed for its retail price. I bought it so quick. I thought it must've been fake, but lo and behold, it arrived (and in only two days!) and looks perfect. I am so happy I got what I've been looking for. It was a gift for my boyfriend, and he is really happy with the figure. Thank you guys so much!

The package arrived late (due to ongoing brexit issues, out of control of the seller), I was updated throughout the process and I have been happy with service.

From alerts on the items page, to the various update emails sent they were honest, pragmatic & polite about how the covid holiday period was going to effect delivery. Despite it being largely out of their hands they were apologetic for the wait and explained the state of the situation with each update. I was never concerned for my package and it arrived in good condition in the time frame estimated.

Yet again, I can't fault the service provided by Akibashi. I ordered the item on 28th December and it shipped 24hr tracked the next day. It arrived within 48hrs, but it's a busy time of year and there's been a lot of delays recently, so really, I'm surprised it didn't take longer. The item itself was very safely packed, as usual, and in immaculate condition. Thanks so much!
