Very poor delivery service
Th delivery driver delivered to a completely different address. It was a flat & up a flight of stairs that I had to go to retrieve too very heavy bags of compost. And delivery driver lied that I had signed for it. In fact there was no one else even at the wrong address when he just dumped the parcels !

It is our understanding that their system automatically marks the delivery as 'SIGNED FOR' and the customer name, even when the item has been left at the address without being handed directly to the customer.
I have raised this issue with DHL and asked that they speak with their driver regarding the incorrect address being delivered too.
