Great customer service
I ordered what I thought was a peat free compost but on receipt I saw that it wasn't quite what I had ordered (although it was the same brand). I raised this with the company by email and Karl responded very quickly and courteously - offering me a refund or a replacement product (turned out it was an issue with a webpage having the wrong information which they have amended). I opted for a replacement and received it within a couple of days. I really can't fault their customer service and on this basis I would happily buy from this company again. Prices were the best for the products too.
