Great service

I found no problem with placing my order, which was received in the stated time given, packaging was intact and well wrapped, I wouldn’t hesitate in using AKNZ services again. Thank you.

No communication

Never responds to messages or emails and despite paying for next day delivery; didn't receive my order till a week later, without any explanation or apology.

Do not order from this company

Update:

Since posting the below AKNZ have responded, saying my order was missed due to a system error and have provided a full refund. This does not explain the previous lack of comms and, given my experience is far from unique, I would still strongly advise to avoid this company. Nevertheless I wanted to update this post for completeness.

Original post:

I think this is probably a scam. My item was ordered 8 days ago with next-day delivery. Nothing received. No further communications. All attempts to contact them have been ignored.

I've contacted my credit card provider to initiate a refund. Strongly suggest to avoid these guys.

Must admit that after reading the…

Must admit that after reading the reviews, I became very concerned about my order, wishing I had read the reviews first.
I paid for next day delivery, it didn’t arrive.
No they don’t answer emails, messages or the phone.
I did however receive my order less than a week after ordering and it was fine. Tracking was good too. Value for money i would give 5 stars
I wouldn’t however order from this company again, mainly because of the late delivery and poor, none existence communication

The item eventually arrived after 8 days (but I had paid for next day delivery) and it was the wrong item. I was unable to get through to them by phone nor were any emails answered. DO NOT USE - SHOCKING

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE TOTALLY 💯% FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS‼️

Firstly I’d love to mention that this Company deserves “NO/ZERO STARS”✨, they take your Money for an item that you’ve Ordered in such Good Faith, they then send you an Email to Confirm your Order with them, then from this moment it all Goes Wrong :- They do not Answer the Phone 📞, constantly states “USER BUSY”, have a Laugh 😂, they are obviously inundated with Calls so Phone just left OFF, Tried EMAILING 📧 on a Number of Occasions, you’ve Guess it :- “NO REPLY”, Tried their Contact Page :- Don’t Bother Waste of Time, therefore been WARNED that if you are STUPID Enough to Order from these “FRAUDSTERS” please ensure that you use PAYPAL ONLY, I did, at time of Posting PayPal have REFUNDED me in FULL‼️👍

Don't use in any circumstances

Should be zero. Paid for next day delivery turned up about a week later. I emailed phoned text to find out where order was never answer phone or reply to messages . When it turned up packaging falling apart tin dented DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPERATING!!!!

As with the majority of victims that have posted reviews here, still waiting for my purchase made 10 days ago (Why, oh why did I not read the reviews here first!!). No customer service whatsoever, emails not answered, phone line kaput, no response from any of their contact options, yet they carry on posting offers on their website. It is ridiculous that they are still operating, extracting money from customers under false pretences. Getting your money back via your credit card is not good enough, companies like these must be stopped and removed from the internet....ridiculous they are still getting away with this given the many, many bad reviews they have.

Didn't receive my order and tried…

Didn't receive my order and tried emailing and phoning them, but got no response. Wish I'd checked this site before I ordered with them. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they are refunding me. Really good service from them! Please do not shop with this company, it's definitely a scam

Radio silence

Placed an order for a kettle. According to AKNZ’s website, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 4 days later and no information. I have contacted them - they promise to respond within 24 hrs, however 24 + hrs later and still no response. Complete radio silence.

UPDATE: The kettle has arrived and, so far, in good working order. Other than delivery confirmation emails from DPD, I still haven’t had any response from AKNZ in reply to my email to AKNZ info. However, I have updated my 1-star review to a 3-star review. A word of advice to AKNZ: If you can’t meet your SLAs (process timeframe, response times, etc.) you will never meet customers’ expectations. Even a timely response when customers contact you to say “we’re sorry for the delay, we’re working on it” can go a long way to keeping customers on side. Proactive communication is such a simple thing. Despite having received my order, I will not purchase from AKNZ again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I’d leave a Zero if I could. I ordered and paid for a bike for my grandson and paid for next day delivery. Item never arrived. Sent several messages via their website/email/ PayPal and rang them on several occasions. User busy.. Today I thought enough waiting. I contacted PayPal who were amazing. Refunded me to my card as soon as I filled out all the information for them. I’m now able to buy another bike from a reputable company. This company should be closed now. So many bad reviews for them now.
PLEASE DONT SHOP WITH AKNZ

This company has problems

Put in an order 29 Oct for a next day delivery. Order acknowledged but no delivery on 30 or 31. Sent an email enquiry but received no response. However, AKNZ did send notification of imminent collection by courier. And today, 2 Nov, have received the goods that I ordered.

Reported to action fraud

Reported to action fraud, how anyone can get away with this is beyond me. My bank are investigating this company too they can contact this persons bank too find out who they are

Report if victim of fraud

Companies House lists an address for the business called AKNZ Limited, so it is a UK business and can be reported to the UK authorities.

If you think you are the victim of fraud, report the business to the police so they can build a case against them.
The more people that do it, with evidence, the more likely a prosecution will be brought forward.

as others have said - DO NOT USE!

As others have said - this company are uncontactable. Ordered an item with three options, only it was impossible to state which one you want. A search of the data companies house holds on AKNZ makes interesting reading.
The only recourse is to claim back through credit card, as this is not a properly functioning business, registered to a home address. No responses to communication via email or social media and phone line permanently shows as busy. The only /communication has been the clearly auto generated order confirmation.
