Very Dissapointed

I have had to resort to writing this review in the hope you will make contact with me. I have emailed and phoned numerous times regarding my order 3223, without any success. I appreciate you may be a newish small company trying to do your best in not so good times, but simply ignoring all calls and emails is really the worst you can do for any of your customers.
I realise stock could be an issue? but be honest with me, let me know to expect later than the 2 days you quote, or refund as any reputable company would do if they could not supply.I paid in earnest £24.57 for my order, I would now expect you to honour your contract with me by either supplying the order or refunding back onto my card within 1 week. After which time I will be contacting my card issuer to progress the refund. I should have read Trust pilot before I placed the order with yourselves, my mistake, after reading so many instances of my exact situation. Please,
Please, try and make things good by simply being honest, Truthful and with some integrity

Do not use this company

DO NOT USED.
Ordered two bottles of avocado oil £16 per bottle which was delivered by DPD one or both bottles were broken with oil spilling on van floor, assisted driver clean up mess and refused to accept package. He left then I received a text saying customer not home. I promptly call their head office to complain as this was not true, they were not helpful in any way a referred me to AKMZ I have emailed them several times with photos attached tried calling leaving messages and used their contact page, to date they have not bothered to reply refund or replace.
I had hoped that I wouldn’t have to go down this route but they have left me no choice being out of pocket by £32.
There are other options I will use to recoup my money, for now I thought it best to warn others not to use this company for anything.

Bought a small item on Monday. They were delivered fast by DPD by Thursday. Packaged very well. Order process and dispatch was communicated every step of the way by email. Thanks

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company. Ordered and paid for product (£300) and not received. Did not respond to calls, messages, contact forms or email. Non existent customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Order from AKNZ

Order from AKNZ, order 2946 for NEXT DAY DHL Delivery Service since last Friday, already Tuesday the 22nd July and still NO update via email apart from the email that order has been received (payment), no one answered the calls, no one returned the voicemail messages, I even chose a different way of leaving the message directly on the site, no reply after hours. Is this a SCAM? I want my FULL MONEY BACK or I'll have to take this further to the next step. VERY POOR customer services, how many more people will be robbed off if no refund received or no products ever received? Please get back to me ASAP or see you in the court!

I was sceptical

I was sceptical because I hadn't heard of the company and after reading bad reviews but I took a chance and managed to get the product cheaper that anywhere else and it was delivered quickly.

I even emailed the sellers for an update and they came back to me very quickly to out my concerns at rest.

Would definitely use them again

Cancelled order on day of delivery!

I placed an order and ON THE PROMISED DAY OF DELIVERY IT WAS CANCELLED!!! It was meant to be a birthday present. NO OTHER COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO THIS AND NO ANSWER TO MY REPEATED PHONE CALLS.
SHOCKING LACK OF “CUSTOMER SERVICE”.

I was very worried after placing my order then reading the negative feedback but I can honestly say I contacted the team on email and got a reply the next day my order was shipped and delivered I'm that happy I'm now waiting for my second order to be delivered well done its great to see small businesses doing well

Good Experience

I bought/ordered Kenwood MultiPro Express Weigh Food Processor and Kenwood Kmix Stand Mixer From AKNZ website. I had the items delivered within the delivery time mentioned on the site.

They kept updating me on the progress of the delivery which i found very helpful.

My items were of good quality and made my kitchen experience easier and better.
They are efficient to use and easy to clean.
I will encourage others to utilise them for fast delivery and good customer experience.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. We received a damaged BBQ in the post. I have called the company dozens of times to try and get a refund or replacement.
The phone call just ends or they play Asian music for 30 seconds and then call goes quiet. They will never answer email for phone call and you won't get your money back.

Untrustworthy Supplier – No Support or Delivery

I placed an order (2429) with AKNZ on 29 May with the expectation that it would be dispatched within 2-3days, as advertised. However, after 8 days, the order was still not dispatched.

I attempted to contact the company multiple times—via email and phone—to get an update or clarification on the delay. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. No one answered the phone, and none of my emails were acknowledged.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and has raised serious concerns about the reliability and legitimacy of the supplier. Given the complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the order, I am now considering reporting this as a potential scam to my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with AKNZ based on my experience.

Very poor service

Very poor service – avoid this site
I placed an order with AKNZ.co.uk on the 24th of May, expecting the advertised 2–3 day delivery. It’s now over a week and a half later and I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed their customer service twice with no response, and called on different days with no one ever answering the phone. At this point, I’ve had to raise a claim with my bank to try and recover the money. Extremely disappointed – this feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

I ordered an item from the website on 03/04/2025. The order was allegedly dispatched on 05/04/2025. No item received and no response to multiple emails. They also do not answer the phone. Please save your money and headache - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEN

Poor customer service, damaged item because poorly packaged

They shipped out my product with a massive box and so my item arrived damaged. They charge you for delivery to add insult to injury.

I sent an email with evidence of the massive box which is 20-25x the size of the item inside, and no one responded. Ridiculous.

I called over a week later after no reply to my email and was told someone will call me back but no one did. I then called a few days later and no answer.
