They have a completely rude personal and unprofessional and a bad language. I will definitely not recommend to anyone this bank . They don’t do anything else than taking fees from the coustomers but nothing to help the costumer. After 10 years today i will cancel the contract with them . It’s Enough

I have absolutely no complaints. The customer service is simply the best. Banking with Vestysk is like every thing else I have come to like about living in Denmark. That is, the bank is efficient and easy. No hassle. Staff and my banker are always willing and able to help.

Utterly greedy bank, no ATMs
Utterly greedy bank. I've been a customer for many years,.but now they've sold all their ATMs to some company and demand 8 kr for a withdrawal. So I have to pay each time I want to withdraw cash.. grotesque!
Meanwhile the bank has had a splendid year with huge earnings and the CEO is raking up millions and millions. Shame on Sydbank!

The reason for this is, that our customers have increasingly adopted other payment solutions, especially card payments, Mobile Banking and MobilePay. Not gonna recommend this bank
Few years ago, the bank was so nice and allows me an overdraft. I have money coming everymonth but i dont know why they won't allow me even just for a month of overdraft due to me having much lesser salary and unexpected bills. I think you cant rely on this bank. They will not help or care about their long time customer..
