Worst thing ever
Worst thing ever , I end up with Sydbank because of Almbrand Bank close down the banking sistem .After 13 year in Denmark is the worsted bank I ever had account. I have my private and business account and my house credit on this bank but I will change it immediately. They are not capable of holding on documents and information and they bombard me with emails, if I don’t send them the documents they will close down my accounts. Worst experience ever in 13 years I will never recommend this bank to anyone. A star is to much for this .

Do not use this bank if your only mean…
Do not use this bank if your only mean of communication is through Netbank. Having a small conversation with them can take weeks and obviously not good when you have an urgent matter. They definitely don't like citizens who live abroad and try to make life hard for you in any way they can, to make you change bank. I'm a Danish citizen and they ask me for TIN ID in the country I live in even though it's not possible for me to attain one and give me a headache with that for a while, until they find something else to bother me with.

Worst bank in existence
Avoid this bank, they are bad at everything:
- Horrible IT, apps are broken, forms look like windows 98.
- Customer service is worst ever across all companies. They will answer your questions with single words, never offering explanations or trying to help.
- Most importantly: AVOID THIS BANK. They will do things to your money without telling you.
