The whole process start to finish has been fantastic. Matt had no problem in coming to meet us to show the selection available and made some very helpful suggestions on design. Great communication during the manufacturing phase right up to delivery. We had loads of updates and a very reasonable timeline. We’re already are looking forward to getting our bands made.

​Had a problem with a previous purchase , was sent a pre-paid envelope to return it for evaluation. I contacted Allan with regards to the outcome and was told the item would be restored at no cost, no quibble, just good old fashioned customer service. Was recommended this place by everyone at work due to the popular emergent service discount they provide. Was greeted by Meir who was very knowledgable and able to easily find me the perfect engagement ring I was looking for.
The team even managed to promptly resend the documentation for the diamond free of charge months later when the original was unfortunately destroyed in a home flood.
Highly recommend them for anyone interested in looking for an engagement ring.

My husband had purchased me a princess cut solitaire some years ago from Alan Bick, but I was looking to change from a solitaire to Halo ring.
