We used Alan Bick for an engagement ring back in 2008, wedding rings in 2010 and an eternity ring 10 years later. The service and quality is unparalleled, we recently had an issue where the diamond became loose in the clasp after 15 years, I spoke with Matt, he took the ring back and carried out a prompt repair and polish for no charge. Exceptional service.

Matt at Alan Bick was so helpful when my wife lost her wedding ring, and supplied a simple and beautiful platinum band engraved with our wedding date back in 1969. I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

My husband got my beautiful engagement ring from Alan Bick 2years ago. Within the ring there are some quite small stones and I recently noticed that one was missing. I contacted Alan Bick and spoke with Matt who arranged insured postage of the ring, repair and clean and the return of the ring to me. The process was seamless from start to finish and I appreciated the swift resolution.

Absolutely brilliant! I needed my engagement ring resized ready for my wedding next month and Alan Bick has been amazing! I used my blue light card to get a discount too. They were really efficient, I was also informed throughout the process and they even replaced the engraving inside for free.. Thank you so much xx

I bought a stunning engagement ring for my wife in 2014 from Alan Bick and I received a fantastic service, a stunning quality engagement ring and a substantial saving on what it would have cost from a high street jeweller.

But the real jewel in the crown with Alan Bick is the after-sales service. My wife managed to dislodge one of the small diamonds that are set into the band and I contacted Matt.

He said I could pop in or send it in and they would repair it at no cost to me.

I popped in today as we live just outside of London and within 2 hours a replacement diamond had been set, the ring had been reshaped (as it was out of shape) and polished.... FOR FREE

There is no way you will get a better service 7 years after buying an engagement ring from anyone!

I wanted to give my eldest son something a bit special for his 18th recently so I had my old, now archived, gold wedding band (made by Alan 23 years ago for his mum & I's wedding) cut & a piece placed within a new signet ring he could keep & wear forever. Really pleased with the outcome & Matt, Abbie & Co did a fabulous job in quick time. Can't recommend these guys highly enough if you're looking for something special, particularly if you're retired or currently serving in the emergency services. They found a way to rejuvenate something that would otherwise be sat in a box. My son loved it.

Lost the stone in my solitaire diamond ring and went to Alan Bick to do a valuation and repair/replacement. Amazing service from start to finish. I ended up spending a small amount more and have got the most beautiful ring. I would definitely recommend them.

Alan Bick designs are what drew me in....and when I went to visit in person I liked them even more. My experience dealing with Alan Bick in London was great, pretty straight forward, stress free, all my questions answered, plenty of personal service and communication updates. I would purchase again. My wife was blown away by her surprise eternity ring. A happy experience for us. Thanks to Matt and Stella for their help and advice.

Unfortunately my experience with Alan Bick was marred with unprofessionalism, poor quality control and lack of communication.

I spent a small fortune on an engagement ring and ordered well in advance of my engagement. I gave two weeks notice as to what date and the time I would be able to pick the ring up from their offices in London.

When I arrived the ring wasn't ready and I had to wait over an hour for the ring to be finished. Given the delays I checked the ring pretty hastily before paying as I had already missed the train home.

Once I had the ring home and was able to give the ring a proper inspection I noticed there was grind marks around the entire circumference, deep scoring on one side of the ring and the milgrain was not symmetrical. The diamond GIE certificate had also been omitted.

I then called Alan Bick to request this be rectified. I hade to chase on several occasions despite being assured I would receive a call back on each call.

The ring was sent back after much discussion and agreed it would be rectified within a few days.

I then had to chase again as the ring had been delayed with no updates. I was then notified the ring would need to be remade as the ring was pitting due to attempting to polish out the deep scoring.

When I finally did receive the ring back, credit where credit is due, it was beautiful. Alan Bick were always very apologetic when contacted but didn't make an effort to be proactive or provide updates/ solutions until chased.

I have tried to be as patient as possible with Alan Bick, still to this date, I have not received the GIE cert and have no real way of certifying the rather expensive (to me anyway) diamond. 3 months after purchase this is unacceptable. Will most likely refund the ring unless this is received within short order.

Buying a ring for your partner should be an enjoyable and celebratory occasion. The experience with Alan Bick left me feeling stressed, frustrated and unappreciated.

I have made many purchases from Alan Bick over the last 10 years and the service is second to none. I mostly deal with Stella who goes out of her way to help with design ideas and options. They are definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Cannot recommend alanbick.co.uk enough. We needed our engagement ring resized and everywhere was quoting us 6 weeks+!
We spoke to matt via live chat who was more than happy to help with all of our many questions we had when daring to part with out brand new ring! And what's more he quoted us 3-5 working days!
The service was exceptional, the time scales are incredible, and the price was phenomenal! Honestly, if you're looking for a resize... just do it here!

So I’ve known Alan for a number of years now and I have recommended friends and family throughout the years. Not one single person has been short of 100% happy. I decided that it was time for me to propose to my girlfriend so naturally I made an appointment to visit the office. I was warmly greeted by Alan, Matt and Stella who I met for the first time, who became my point of contact. As you can imagine buying a ring is no simple process and you can easily confuse yourself especially if you want to surprise your significant other. However from the start of the process I gave an idea of what I liked and the team, especially Stella made the process so smooth and stressless. Even though I went back and forth a few times wanting changes, Stella was quick to respond, friendly warm professional and went the extra mile to help me. In the end the stone I wanted was really difficult to get hold of and I was on a very short deadline. However after only a week, Stella done her magic alongside the team and produced what is the perfect stone and ring. She even gave me her input on what she thinks would look better even if it meant costing slightly less. You wouldn’t get this from anywhere else, where people would be more willing to take your money. Not here! The team want to make dreams come true not nightmares! And mine certainly did. I now have a fiancé with the perfect ring which she cannot be happier with. On top of all of that, I was given the option of changing anything if she wasn’t happy with it.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to Stella, Matt and Alan…not forgetting the back office staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make the best even better.

Over the years I have purchased various items of diamond jewellery from Alan, in person, over the phone and on line. I have never been less than impressed by the level of service, the quality of the diamonds and the very competitive prices. They are happy to give advice and work to whatever budget you have. They are my first point of call for any jewellery and I have recommended them to friends and family.
My latest call was to get a valuation for Insurance purposes. I spoke with Stella Ray who was extremely helpful and provided a current valuation within a few days.
In short they are a great company with great people to help you.

Definitely worth 5 stars and I would happily recommend Alan Bick jewellers to anyone. I bought the engagement and our wedding rings years ago and they still look amazing. I had to get my wedding ring made bigger. Spoke to Stella on the phone. By the next morning I was in their fantastic new location getting measured by Stella who took time and care getting it just right and helping with an additional bespoke jewelry issue I had with a pendant and chain. I was made to feel at home, offered a drink and even provided an office space for an important online work meeting I had. I was made to feel very comfortable. I left and a few hours later I was back to collect my resized ring which fit perfectly and was polished so that it looked good as new, and had a new silver chain to boot, all at a very reasonable price especially considering the quality of the items. Great staff, very friendly and caring. Big thanks to Stella and Matt. I'll definitely be back.

I can’t rate the customer service of Alan Bick highly enough. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from them in 2017 and were very well looked after from start to finish by Meir and Matt. This year I managed to unfortunately crack one of the diamonds in my wedding ring and it also needed resizing after having my baby. Matt remembered us and was so helpful in repairing my beloved ring for me and made sure it was back with me in only a few days. It’s as sparkly and new as the same day I said I do! I’ll be going back to them for my eternity ring! Great jewellers. Thank you

What a great company! Both my engagement ring and wedding band are from Alan Bick. They have always been so helpful and impeccable with their customer service. I just had my rings resized with them after them not longer fitting from having a baby. Really easy process and all done within 24 hours. I would never be able to tell they had been resized by looking at them.

So happy with the service.
