I wish I could give zero stars for this travel agency. For rescheduling they charged me 165 dollars claiming that it is a difference in fare due non-availability of original class. I called Airlines (Emirates) and confirmed that original class was available and had I booked thru airlines I could have done the rescheduling for free. Its false information ( plainly a lie) from agent and his manager even though class was available. I would never go with them again and hope airlines cancels their contracts and deals with these guys.

I don't recommend to go with them. It is better to purchase ticket directly from Airlines. There is not much difference in price. I had to cancel my tickets due to COVID. Even though airline do not and did not change cancellation fee, Alanita claims that the airline is charing cancellation fee. But that is not true. I requested for a refund on airline website soon after I cancelled my ticket by paying $380 to Alanita. I got my full money back from the airline in a week. However, at the time of cancellation Alanita told me that it will take 4-6 weeks. Also they promised me that if the airline return full amount then they will return my cancellation fee (baring service charges) back. Now they are saying that it is their charges.

Please never book tickets from this agent they are robbers.

That deduct $375 per ticket in case of cancellations however Airlines charges a lot less somewhere around $135

So please be careful , good luck !!!!

I cancelled my ticket that I booked through Alanita due to pandemic.
Airlines returned all the money but Alanita charged money for cancellation though airlines returned all money. The asked us to send money through Zelle for cancellation.

worst experience with them airline gives full refund but this scma people charge service fee for fullrefund by airlines thats never told before but ticket checked with them because of covid situation if cancel ticket whats is situation, they said if airline refund we will refund full amount wihtout cost. now they are asking each ticket some charges rediculous dont buy tickets from them

They are fraudsters....they leach the money with cancellations. their employees are trained to rush you for booking and you will end up in going through cancellation or changes ...for which they will charge you. Nowadays the airlines are generous to waive the fee...these leaches are not.

Sultana helped us to book the best flights and was responsive throughout the booking process.

Had a good experience having my ticket / travel date changed to another date comfortably. Travel agent Charles helped us find the best fare ticket and answered all questions patiently. Have always had a good experience with Alanita travels and I am happy with their service.

Not honest company to work with. Stay away from this company and buy from airline directly. You have piece of mind. Don’t get into trap!

Worst, dishonest, rude travel agency I ever worked with. Please dont trust these thugs

Bunch of liars. When the airlines says they can refund and even if we shift the ticket dates no charge for it. these frauds say they can't refund and only we can change the dates that too we have bare the charges for it. They r like looters. Only loot the money from us. Very frustrated. And the way they speak to the customers. It's infuriating. No Respect nothing. People please don't book your tickets with them.

Facing a very bad experience with alanita right now. Hope so they resolve it, depends on that I will provide my complete feedback.

In response to COVID-19, Indian govt entry restriction for OCI holders, my family weren't able to travel to India. Airline approved full refund, but alanita is refusing refund. They kept telling (or lying) me no update from airline.

In-fact I arranged a conference call with the airline, agent Krishna attended the call, where airline informed to proceed with full refund. But later he said, he want to check some info and didn't get back. I called again to reach Krishna, this time different agent Ashik joined and wanted to have another conference call with airline.

I again arranged a conference call, but the agent didn't join.. I feel they are cheating me, still in talk with them thinking they will be at least fair with me now.

I think they are hiding information to customers and not willing to help the customers.

Alanita Travel, after seeing this, i hope you will act fairly and promptly.

Read Carefully : Don't book tickets from Alanta.

These guys hide refund policy and cancellation. They hide information that if you cancel the flight then will not get refund. If you ask them why you hide the information then they will reply that its your mistake and you should ask us before buying.

If you tell to agent that I am getting tickets from Airlines cheaper than they will say I am not able to find that option and they say its may be fake or wrong information. They will force you to click on link and buy ASAP from them.
Alanita is getting much more benefits whether you buy or cancel tickets.

Suggestion: Book flight directly from Airlines.

I was charged twice for an airline ticket to India. Took multiple emails, phone calls and 10 days for them to tell me finally that they cannot reverse it and I have to call my bank to reverse it. Bank said up to 10 biz days for me to refund it to my account. So 2 weeks at the earliest till I see my money back. Imagine if it were 4 tickets instead of one. Very poor handling of the issue. Never going to buy from them ever again and will let friends and family know as well. They lost a customer for life.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. Horrible customer service. They do not deserve to be in a customer driven business.

I used to book tickets from Alanita Travels for the past 5 years. And i had good experience everytime i book tickets with them (almost every year for my vacation travel, i book with them).
i n=dont want to write any stories what they did to me to hate them. But lot of things happened and i lost my patience waiting for them to reply back to call either to book tickets or to any queries to answer. They dont deserve to be in this business...
