You cant give them less than 1 star ??? everything OK till you do the booking , but after booking , you will be able to find God but will not be able to find them, neither on phone nor on emails.. They torture you.... Not only are they incompetent , they don't even have the courtesy to reach out to you...Stay away !! Its been the worst(est) experience in my last 40 years on this planet.... Please stay away from them else you will loose your peace of mind ...

I have mistakenly selected the wrong date and called customer care with in 5 minutes to change the date, they declined and asked for penalty of $200. Better go for expedia or some other sites, they give 24 hrs cancellation. Other sites are giving option for 24 hrs to change the bookings... don't go for this..

Very bad Travel agent. I wanted to cancel my return trip from India, I did not get any refund from them. Whereas If I would have done through Kayak they would have given me around 1/3 of the trip cost as refundable. Alanita Travels forces to write some text email to them to cancel the ticket even. Very bad customer service and very bad behaviour.

Worst travel agent. Customer representative guys start the call with the fight. They are not willing to listen and always argue. They put you on hold for hours. After that someone will say, we will call you back but that never happens. In the mean time the itinerary which they have offered is no longer valid. I would say to choose some other travel agent as they don't respect time and keen in fighting. Looks like most of them are trained by seeing Indian Television debate to argue to the best of there abilities.

Have used them for three years, as years pass by their service should get better, but its vice versa.. I dont think i will use them again! had to lose 150$ because of the delay in confirming tickets at their end.

Very Bad service. The travel agent didn't link the connection flight, so we have to stay in the airport for 20 hours unnecessarily to catch next flight, that to after too much talking to the agent. I will NOT go through them again.

It looks I can t give less than 1 star. Extremely poor customer service for handling any exceptions and refunds. It has been months to refund the money for my cancelled ticket. And they did not even return any of my calls even though I kept calling for days after there was no refund for more than 2 months. I would not recommend them. You are better off finding some other travel agency.

Be careful with this website alanitatravel.com. I booked a ticket from SFO to DEL, and they promised me one fare over phone and charged me extra. When I asked for that extra money which was charged on my card they are not even responding to my calls and every time I will get one answer with their poor English about call back and it never happened. Usually I wont write reviews on any one but this time they forced me to do this. I want to alert other travelers to be careful with them.
