Very Straight forward and helpful approach helped make the move a lot easier

Excellent service provided by James and the other staff at Albion. From viewing, referencing through to key collection has all been easy. This is the first estate agent I have dealt with that utilizes online referencing (which meant I could complete the reference form whilst abroad), keep track of its progress and also documents were sent via email.

I would thoroughly recommend Albion Sales & Lettings. Their prices are competitive but they are nonetheless a thoroughly professional outfit. When Sally came to value our house, unlike some competitors, she focussed on the house itself rather than wasting time denigrating other estate agents in the area. During the process of selling our property, Colin and Elouise were very communicative, helpful and friendly. They kept us informed with developments every step of the way. I would certainly use them again.

We used Colin and his team to sell a 3 bed in Wootton and could thoroughly recommend their services to anyone! Albion Letting have managed our property for over 10 years and they have always provided a professional service. Recently we have had a transition between tenants and James and Claire have work significantly above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our property was reoccupied with the minimim of worry to us which was hugely appreciated. I was referred to Albion by another of their landlords who I know and trust and was advised that they were very helpful. After speaking to other Estate Agents I decided that I preferred their customer service as well as pricing so went with them. Since working with Albion they have been nothing but helpful and look forward to working with them as they manage my buy to let.

Great Service. We were looking for a buy to let investment ( 2 bedroom apartment) and soon after contacting them ,Albion showed us around 10 properties within our requested criteria over the space of a couple of days. No other estate agents we contacted had this much on offer or arranged viewings as efficiently.

What I loved about Albion It didn’t matter who answered the phone they were very professional and friendly, they knew who I was and which was my property, it all felt very personal. If one member staff was out of the office, it never mattered because somebody else could always deal with you.
The house I was selling was on the other side of Northampton to Albion which made no difference whatsoever, the house went on the market on Thursday they sold it by the Saturday.
Nothing was a bother for them,
they kept me up-to-date at all points of interest.
The service we received was truly outstanding, They went above and beyond.

Albion sales letting are such a professional helpful group of people. Their determination to give a tenant a stress free experience is without question. As the middle man between the land Lord and tenant (a role which can be quite challenging), in my experience with them, even when I lost my cool sometimes, they kept it together and listened to me and went the extra mile all the time to help. They are definitely an estate agent that I would not hesitate to do bussiness with again. A big thank you to the team. I would highly recommend them.
