We recently sold our house through Albion and had very good service from Colin. He worked hard to arrange viewings in a convenient way and put in extra effort to resolve some issues that arose during the process. Albion's price was significantly lower than the big chains (although more expensive than Internet-only estate agents)

Not very often I write reviews but in this instance we feel like we need to shout to the world about how great these guys are. Talk about above and beyond... taking phone calls and negotiating sensitive situations at 9pm. I have no doubt our whole chain would have fallen through if it wasn't for Colin's hard work. At a time you feel completely helpless, these guys worked so hard to put our minds at ease and reassure us they were doing everything they could to make things go as smoothly as possible. I never plan to move house again, but if I did, I would without a shadow of a doubt choose these guys and recommend them to everyone I know. A class all the way!!!!!

For over ten years, I have had the privilege and good fortune of entrusting the management of my property to Albion Lettings and can state without any reservation the service has been absolutely top notch. Unprofessional.

Rented with Albion for just under a year, and our details were incorrect on legal documents despite being given all of our information correctly.

Issues were not dealt with professionlly and we were not notified about planned visits by external companies.

Our broken boiler (in december) took 2 weeks to be fixed despite us having no heating or hot water. We found out later on that previous tenants had notified albion of issues and were warned by the plumber of its state.

Albion maintain good levels of communication at all times. They respond to tenants in a timely fashion and alert landlords to items that require attention.
As a landlord I feel confident to leave the day to day running of my let to Albion.

I would highly recommend Albion Sales & Lettings who acted for me on a letting and subsequent sale and always acted in a highly professional manner. My emails were always replied to promptly and any issues dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Friendly and efficient service which can be completely trusted to achieve the best results possible in the given circumstances, in time and money, and resolution of the issues as they might arise. This includes dealing with emergency situations when the client is unable to respond. There is also excellent communications between the business and client, both timely and clear. A member of staff is always ready to help and give progress updates. No work is carried out unless discussed and authorised by the client, unless an emergency.

We experienced an honest and committed customer service buying and selling through Albion. Whenever dealing with the Albion team they were always friendly and willing to help. We would recommend Albion above all other agents.
