Very helpful, didnt hesitate in asking them to take on another let last week.

Excellent responsive service. Sally and her team have been very professional over the past decade and very trustworthy.

Reported heating in bathroom not working more than 3 months ago, have send reminders, have called, nothing has been done!

All other services are good, maintenance could be improved.

Sally and her team are a small company but who offer a BIG, approachable, trustworthy, fair and friendly establishment. I've known Sally (who is one of the most up front, no nonsense, most adorable woman I have ever come across) for 12 years now, and she's the same now as she was then. In that time she has looked after me and my properties in an exemplarily and professional manner. I would never trust, nor feel comfortable with, using any other letting agent. If you think this is too damn good to be true, then go meet her for yourself and tell her Tina S said so!

Albion are without doubt the best company I have ever used when renting a property. The staff are amazing, professional, friendly, and will bend over backwards to do everything they can to make things as easy as possible for you. They also have a knack of making you feel special (which other companies don't do!)....With Albion you get a personal touch which makes you feel like you are a part of their happy family. You know that they care about you!
