It was a pleasure to work with Albion and I would reccomend them to anyone to reduce the stress in selling and buying! Their Exceptional service went way over and above what we expected and from what we had received from their competitors! This is largely down to Colin Clayson in his friendly but professional commitment to making it easier for us!

I have used Albion Sales & Lettings for a succesful sale of a propety I owned. Albion Sales & Lettings Northampton were brilliant! They were down to earth & honest with their valuation & advice on selling my property, which they sold straight away. They kept me up to date with any viewings & feedback & liaised with solicitors to keep things moving. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently sold our house through Albion and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Colin was an absolute legend, going the extra mile all the way through the process including bringing his ladders round on a Sunday to help me clean the facia boards. Excellent, courteous communication from the staff at Albion at all times really helped take some of the stress out of the move. Other estate agents charge a lot more and deliver a lot less. If you are looking at putting your house on the market give Albion a go, I guarantee you will not regret it.

Our chain when selling and buying a new home was nothing short of a nightmare. I have no doubt that had we have been on the market with any other agent and not Albion the chain would never have held together. Sally’s dedication and her teams dedication is unwavering. Regardless of the untruths and stalling caused by our lower chain Sally somehow kept it all together and got us exchanged, she really was phenomenal. Our chain read like a thing of fiction you had to be there to believe it and I know that someone at Albion was in contact with all 7 parts of our chain as well as their solicitors. Albion and especially Sally went above and beyond what was expected of them. Colin was also very helpful and everyone at Albion was always friendly and returned all corespondence within an exceptable time. I cannot fault them at all the whole team was just brilliant and I would never use anyone else when moving home.

We are just about to complete on our lovely new house and it was all made possible my Albion.

Colin and the team did an amazing job selling my home - it had been on the market for months with someone else and few viewings/ no offers. He took it on and truly 'sold' my house, as he believed in the property and matched it to potential buyers according to their needs and its attributes.
