Amazing chinos, and fast delivery going to buy more colours.

Great customer service, great quality clothes

Avoid at all costs. When the clothes arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. The material of the overshirt was laughable, thin and cheap and the sizing was all over the place: one item labeled “M” was massive, while others were tiny.

The nightmare began when I asked for a refund. Despite their bold claim of a “100% refund guarantee,” I was told it didn’t apply because the items were “discounted”, which, conveniently, applies to nearly everything on their site.

They first offered a 10% refund if I kept the items, then 20%, then 40%, all while insisting I pay for return shipping on any replacements. I repeatedly said I was happy to send the clothes back at my own cost to anywhere in Europe, but they dragged the process out for weeks. Eventually, they agreed, only if I returned the items by registered post to...China!!

The fake branding ("inspired by Amsterdam") is just part of the scam. The products are cheap, poorly made knock-offs. Had they simply honored the refund they loudly promote, I wouldn’t be writing this. But after more than three weeks of back-and-forth, deception, and stalling and only after threatening legal action they finally issued a refund.

Save yourself the trouble. This company is a con from start to finish.

My 2nd time order was not as smooth as the first time around to say the least.

What truly saved it was James exceptional VIP customer service and professionalism. On that alone its 5 star service.

Happy with the solution James executed.

Items purchased were way far too small and not even close to fitting. When I asked for a refund Alden & Ash refused offering me an exchange at a discounted rate. Therefore increasing my spend with them. After several emails the final offer was a 25% refund. The customer service and basic compliance with consumer rights is appalling. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from this company.

Received a pair of pants with no tag on it, the label on the inside of the waistline was torn off, and all of that with no packing slip in the package -- so have no idea what I actually received. Couldn't have been what I ordered as they were 3-4" too short and not in line with their sizing guide.

Now I'm getting the most ridiculous run around after I reached out to initiate a return, as described by other reviews here. After declining their "offer" of a "complimentary replacement" -- which is not "part of our standard policy" (sorry, but that's known in the industry as an exchange and supposedly IS part of their policy per the "100 days easy returns" stated on their website), now the response is they will give me all of a 10% refund (yes, 10%).

Don't bother with the potential headache. Shady operation with shady garments coming from who knows where, and somehow worse customer service.

Hands down worst company I’ve ever used. Placed an order with express delivery and 16 days later still not have the item. I’ve since emailed 3 times asking them to cancel the order and refund me which they finally replied telling me it’s too late and they can’t. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a joke!

I placed my order ALD3313 4 days ago and have not had an update on delivery ETA since. I even sent an email to the support team and have had no response. I’m not sure how/if I can cancel my order?

I’d strongly advise not using this company. Placed an order on 1st June and there has been ZERO shipping information or correspondence.

I ordered a pair of the 24/7 pants size M, thinking they would be the same size as the lightweight chinos in size M as I have ordered previously. They are a lot smaller in the waist. I contacted James who understood my problem. He replaced these no charge with a size L of which I received today. Perfect! I only had to pay the shipping. Did not require the incorrect size to be sent back. Just ordered another pair in navy

Trying to return some pants that didn’t match description or the sizing on the website. Everytime I email they send me an automated message offering me 10% refund then 15%… im up to 40% but I keep just asking for a normal refund. Avoid at all costs.

Delivery was within 7 days to Ireland and Trousers sets have a comfortable fit.

Took over two weeks to arrive. Was saying shipped the day after I ordered but still took two weeks. It said order the normal size you wear. I ordered two large shirts and they are the size of a small man's shirt. Tried on and almost ripped trying to get off. I gave them to my 11 year old 100lb son and they fit him great. He wears kids shirts and these large men shirts fit him just right. Lol I am a 5'9 195 lb male that always wears a large shirt. Not these shirts. You would have to be a very small man for these to fit. I would need a XXL in these to fit. Definitely not worth 53 bucks for 2 shirts either. Not going to deal with trying to return them and get my money back. I should have read the reviews first.

The products from this company are very cheap imports from China. They do not look and fit like those seen in the photos. The photos are of other high quality brands that have been sent to copy in cheap warehouses.

The company do not offer refunds, but will offer to send you additional new sizes if you pay an additional €15 shipping fee!! They will claim you cannot return due to their stack and save policy. All items are stack and save so effectively they are refusing to allow returns.

I’m taking measures to get my money back.

These trousers are incredibly comfortable to wear and the price is low compared eith the quality.

After receiving the size M, which was too small, I accepted your generous offer and ordered a size L.

The order arrived today and was a huge disappointment. First of all, the size is wrong again – it's another size M.

Secondly, these pants don't look anywhere near as high quality as the first pair I received.

What is going wrong here?

Not even nicely packaged like the first delivery !!

Looks like the pants have been worn before and they where delivered completely crumpled with open buttons.

Third time buying after seeing on Facebook. Quality is TOP! Can use Klarna if its above your price range it really is worth it. Will 100% be back for more gear!

I love this brand, fast delivery easy to navigate what you want you want to look for and quality is amazing. My new 1st choice of clothing.
