Thought it was a top shoe brand..

Paid extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen. Customer service never responded. Shoes were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever put on, so decided to return. Got charged for shipping it back.

I order a bag from sales 15 days ago, and received an email today saying 🔽?!

After 2 weeks waiting and hoping that item that they accept it and I paid for , and I was so excited for it, and they come back with the email

7 weeks and I am still waiting

7 weeks and I am still waiting for my order, been 10 days since I contacted them by email, no response. They stole my money, no phone number - just simply not fair.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. The shoe took more than a week to arrive. Then they sent me a damaged shoe and I have sent an email request more than 2 weeks ago for replacement yet no response. The shop staff at Westfield said they cannot do online refunds; as its a separate company. For return/refund I have to do it online & I need to to pay GBP 4.00, Shocking for a shoe which is damaged. The staff at Westfield also had the audacity to tell me that this is how online service works everywhere that is you refund stuff and then buy again!!!! Are they living in 20th century

Absolutely shocked by the online…

Absolutely shocked by the online service Aldo provides. I told everyone I know and even to people I don't to never NEVER buy from Aldo online. I am waiting for return to reach them for a whole month. Now I it's been 12 days and I am still waiting for the refund.
What a joke! I can't get money back.

How is it that Chinese shops are better then you in shipping and refunds 🤦🏻‍♀️ I can't get intouch with a person I have to wait a week to have an answer.

I will never, never again order online from u!!!

Items not received

I placed and order and received a confirmation shortly afterwards with an order number and estimated delivery time between 3-5 days.
I never received my order and Aldo UK is not responding to my emails

Pathetic Service

I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas gift and was impressed that the order was dispatched very quickly. However, the parcel has been out for delivery since the 21st. I contacted Yodel and they suspected that the parcel has gone missing.

I contacted Aldo who tried everything possible NOT to help me. First said the order was delivered but they didn't bother checking the tracking, then they asked if I had a copy of the telephone call and then basically said they weren't going to help me.

They were rude and unhelpful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALMOST ALL THE REVIEWS ARE BAD. THEY DON'T BOTHER DOING ANYTHING TO HELP.

Rude and Arrogant Customer Service

I ordered two pair of leather shoes from Aldo on 16th November. The shoes were highly uncomfortable. After putting several emails a return window was created and They took more than a month to refund the money. The customer service is highly rude and Unapologetic. The way they respond to the emails seems you are talking to some dictator. You will always get rude revert whenever you email them. These people have no shame. I have purchased shoes from several brands but never felt humiliated. Iam never buying aldo again in my life.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, has order a pair in vaughan mills store, its not in stock, they order and will be shipped, 2 days an email arrives that order has been canceled, no automatic refund was fone. When to store where i paid, been to call customer service, they can refund. I think never order anything online in store.one of worest customer service experience.

Appaling customer service

Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago, order was confirmed but despite delivery timeframe 5-7 days I didn't get even a confirmation of the shoes being shipped two weeks after the purchase. So I enquired politely about my order and I got a response in patronising tone that the shoes are out of stock and I will get a refund and not to try order the shoes again because the shoes still show at the website. Clearly, they can't manage their own website, so they allow people to buy shoes that are long out of stock and hope to keep the money. I really hope that I'll receive my refund as I bought 3 pairs of shoes.

Durability is terrible

I've purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Aldo over the years. Neither has held up well... peeling, cracking, falling apart after just 1 year. Not worth buying any of these faux leather shoes. Better off spending more money on a quality brand. Won't purchase from them again.

No confirmation of purchase

Bought trainers on the 28.11.2022 no email confirmation so no proof they will honour this.
Currently I am disputing this via the payment provider I used to buy them.
You can only email Aldo if you want to phone there is a charge.
Bought in a sale with a big discount like the saying says if it’s too good to be true…

Aldo responded quickly to my message query on messenger and trainers arrived today !
If they can send email confirmation when purchased this would have helped.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I inquired to check my refund status. They just keep on changing responses and donot provide accurate details. Really disappointed with the quality of their services. Horrible experience.

Deeply disappointed in the service

Deeply disappointed in the service. i recently ordered 3 bags and a week later with no updates whatsoever, what i recieved was amazon string lights as a delivery from Aldo couriered via Aramex and nothing else and more surprisingly there is no way to call helpline in UAE to aldo and when i raised the ticket, support team closed the ticket by mentioning that in their records it is delivered. perhaps, ethics, integrity and service - everything is compromised with this team!

They sent me the wrong pairs, canceled my other order yet I paid for 400$

Ordered 3 shoes from Aldo USA, one got canceled after waiting for 2 weeks without any news at all. The other one was shipped a month later and guess what? Still they shipped me the wrong pair from what I ordered. Reading all this reviews about how bad their customer service was I don't think I want to deal with them anymore. I bought total 400$ shoes and the one that they didn't shipped was supposed to be 40% discounted when you bought 2 pairs.
Shame for such a brand, their website's prices also keep on changing all the time. I don't think I want to deal with them anymore.
