Love their shoes but I tried to order twice and both time its been a total s-show. First pair took forever to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong pair. Second pair was never sent and I had to sit in queue twice, for a looooong time, for their live chat support just to get them to cancel the order. The fact their online support is so backlogged probably says everything you need to know.
Disappointed because I genuinely like their shoes but if they are incapable of actually delivering them I guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

I am so disappointed with my experience with Aldo. I ordered shoes in September and I am still waiting for 1 pair. I cannot cancel them because they have disabled their customer service. People in store can't do anything because it's an online order
Appalling Company who think Consumer Trading Legislation doesn’t apply to them.
Below one star but there’s no option for this!. I purchased a pair of shoes online which arrived with a hole in the fabric upper where it meets the sole.
First they tried to claim it was “wear & tear” in spite of me never wearing them, as soon as I proved this with photos, now it’s just a straight refusal to accept a return & refund in the basis that “they can’t be sure they didn’t arrive with me without this defect”. And the emails are beyond rude. They then told me I’m “more than welcome to issue county court proceedings”. The company is appalling, operating outside of the law and seem to think that consumer trading standards don’t apply to them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Need a 0 star rating! Customer service is despicable! Only form of communication is via email, been trying to chat with an advisor for 2 days but no one is available. I returned an order on the 5th October and have received no further update. Order at your own risk. I will be unsubscribing from mailing list and will never order from Aldo again.
Really bad quality of shoes
Quality of shoes: the worst I have ever worn, 8h of use and the shoes are to throw away, the inner skin has come off. I have complained to customer service and it is a deplorable service that does not give any solution, they have disregarded despite having photos of the shoes after less than a day of use. I will never buy this brand again, if the quality is bad, customer service is worse.
Aldo customer service not existent!
I have purchased a pair of sandals and paid for next day delivery. The shoes did not arrive on time and when contacting customer service (online only/no phone service) to query this, the customer assistant did not have a clue about the order and insisted the order had been delivered even though it did not state this on the tracking record. Waste of time! Fortunately, the order turned up a day later. Aldo I think you should train your staff as they clearly cannot deal with the simplest questions. I have been lucky this time as the order did arrive in the end, but I will not be ordering online from Aldo as your customer service is atrocious!

Dear Management, We went to buy shoes from this store in Brent Cross as I have bought a few times before, but the lady (European accent) was so rude. As we were selecting the shoes by trying them, of course, we need to put them on the floor, the lady starts shouting at us that we should put the shoes back after trying. She also stopped our kids not touching the shoes as it gets dirty. I was having my family with me visiting first time in this country and also I was fasting too, this was my first experience ever so I couldn't figure out what was acutely happening. We bought the shoes as we know this is not her shop but the behavior and rude attitude will never ever get away from our hearts. I will surely visit the store again to enquire the name and also why she treated us like this. I will update you soon with the name...

Terrible Service at C3 mall
Visited Aldo at C3 mall Saturday 16th July, 2022. It was around 6:45pm and they had already turned down their register. They took no heed of customers but rather barked at them claiming they are closed even though the mall closes at 7pm

Horrible experience terrible plastic like material. All shoes have a no return policy no matter what. It appear certain items can be returned but that is untrue. Do not order from from this store. Product is not as it appears you will be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH NO REFUND.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Aldo, the arrived in good time, but unfortunately they were too big. That’s when they showed their true colours!!! I returned them, and obtained a receipt of postage. I checked an saw they had received them back. I did not hear anything from them so emailed them as there is no other way to contact them that for me rings ALARM BELLS. Eventually after several further email I read told I had to wait for the warehouse to check them in!!! Then it would take a further 14 working days to get my refund. Well quite honestly this is a joke so it’s taken nearly four weeks so far and no sign of my money. The 14 days is up in a few days time, when they tell me contact them again it it’s not been received!!! JOKE. I will give them to this time then will have to contact my card provider to set up a case to claim my £79.00 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bluewater store, customer service skills need to looked at. How many shoe stores do you know that sell you the shoe you tried on, both sandals scuffed underneath, looked like they'd been used for a hike. Any other store provides you with a brand new pair and if this was the last size in that particular style inform the customer and perhaps offer a discount. No not Aldo they sell you the shoe, bundle in the box, tissue screwed up not even covering the shoe. I am really disappointed. Called the store and spoke to Clive the manager, rude, obnoxious man. He says as a customer I should of asked for a brand new pair he states when asked how are they, you say great wish to buy that's why they can then fob you off with basically a scruffy pair of shoes. Don't buy from them unless you are desperate.
Also if you contact them by email the response is unless purchased on line we can't help. Diabolic service all round.

I’m in emirates mall tried to refund some items, and the sales person name Sweet just took my credit card and made picture from both side ! When I asked why she did this, she said it’s policy . Without any explanation she just got full information of my card! And after that she was so rude! From beginning she tried to push me to take gift card and I won’t it , and this is my right ! Very poor quality of service, never going back to this shop !!!
Don’t go if you have wide feet
Aldo sucks for anyone who has wide feet, there are absolutely NO options and I can barely fit my whole foot into anything. They would have so many more customers if their sizes were inclusive. Extremely disappointed.

Getting a refund from them is such hard work. Email, wait for authorisation, then go find a printer. I don’t know who the brains behind this process was cause I will never ever shop online with them ever again. Every other shops accepts a refund in store but Aldo make it as hard as possible.

Sandals only for the longest toes ever
Whilst they might have an array of enticing shoes. I would not recommend buying their sandals unless you have toes the length of fingers. The toe post on their sandals is often placed so far back your actual foot is sure to end up cliff hanging over the back of the heel of the shoe. I mean at least if it was forward people of all toe lengths could use the shoes. However, frankly as they are, they aren’t fit for purpose unless you have fingers for toes or chimpanzee feet.

Ordered tessia shoes on line but were too small so I returned them for a refund .Buyer beware although they say free returns it's not true 🤔 as when you ask for refund they charge you a £3 admin fee ???So really you ARE paying for return postage .They have had my return but now state it takes up to 10 working days to process this ????I've just emailed them again and stated that if they had to wait 10 for payment when you purchase from them they would probably go out of business. I shall not be buying from them again .
