A fantastic find. Broken wheel on Samsonite Spinner. Samsonite said none available and will give you a discount on a new one. All very good. Jonny comes to the rescue with the right part, quick shipping and problem solved. Kudos and will use again.

Been looking to replace two broken wheels on a Samsonite suitcase I use regularly as I travel a lot for work and to rough environments. Great for Samsonite spares - a wheel was knocked off my suitcase in transit. Aldridges sell spares so for a reasonable cost I could save my perfectly good suitcase and avoid creating more landfill.
They were very patient and helpful - it is nice to deal with a family owned company

Requested hinges and a wheel for my Cosmolite 3 between Christmas and new year . Great service great products. Delivered before my flight on 6th Jan. Easy to fit with correct screw attachment. Excellent quality and service. I came to Aldridges to replace some broken wheels on my relatively old Samsonite suitcase (thanks a lot, London Heathrow baggage handlers 🙄). They had exactly what I needed in stock and shipped them out with a 48 hour delivery time. Package was tracked and delivered with no issues. I fitted all 4 wheels to my suitcase easily and everything's working perfectly again. Will definitely be coming back to Aldridges for parts if an airline ever breaks my luggage again. Thank you!

I needed to replace a Samsonite side catch after it was snapped off by an airline's baggage system. Aldridges despatched a genuine Samsonite replacement which arrived in double quick time. There was a slight issue with the replacement part, which was NOT caused by Aldridges themselves (I must stress that), but without quibble, Jonny Aldridge sent out another replacement, which again arrived in double quick time. I always measure the mark of a company by its customer service, and in this case, it was excellent. Well done Aldridges. I would recommend you to anyone.

Mr Aldridge attended within the hour, quickly fixed the problem and advised. Compared to a service asking for a deposit of £60 then put me in contact with a repairer 90 miles away and earliest attendance would be next day at more cost, Mr Alderidge being local, same day service at reasonable rates was great. I can not recommend this company enough! They sorted a HUGE problem out for me when my insurance company were literally useless and causing me such stress, they provided me with a car that was fab, they picked up my car and delivered it back today all fixed and fab. My order was initially thought to be missing by Royal Mall (no updates for more than 2 weeks after my order was despatched) and Jonny straight away sent a replacement to me. Great customer service and quality product received.

I didn’t believe I could possibly find a replacement straps for inside of my Samsonite SCure spinner, looked at Samsonite website and it was hard work to send my suitcase to them even when it was still under warranty . Then I found Aldridges, Jonny responded quickly and help me out with my order…. and even my first delivery was lost by Royal Mail, I got my item next day after I contacted company!! Great job, will be coming back. Ps; Samsonite should take this as am good example and improve their service in this matter.

Easy to use website help identify replacement wheels for Samsonite Termo spinner (obsolete model case). Genuine Samsonite replacement parts. Saved having to buy expensive replacement case. After multiple long-haul flights every year (except during the pandemic), my 12 yr old Cosmolite finally had a hinge break apart during the last flight and was clearly no longer rolling across the airport floors.

Ordered hinge & full 4 wheel set replacement parts on Saturday 6th August. With Royal Mail 48hr post, the components where on my doorstep for Tuesday 9th August. All parts are identical to the original, so no concerns with these being genuine.

Just needed 2 Torx screwdrivers (the hinge took a smaller bit) but all very straightforward and can be done by 1 person.

Highly recommended. Would definitely order again if needed.
