Replacement for a Samsonite Spinner Wheel
Really excellent customer service, replied within minutes to almost every query, and always within a day. Good price, and (to my eye) excellent handiwork.

my samsonite hardcase spinner had its catch broken in transit- looked on samonite website and was a nightmare to work things out- Found this website and ordered on friday -dispatched on monday and replaced on tuesday . £200 spinner up and running again

I had ordered a handle for my Samsonite, but apparently it got lost in the mail for over a week more than expected delivery. So I called Jonny Aldridge who promptly sendt me a new one. Very grateful! :)

Found this company via google search - family-run business, which i would prefer to use than a multi national. Rang Johnny regarding my issue with my Samsonite case and he advised of the best solution. Pick up via courier as i didnt live local, dpd (who were a nightmare to deal with as collection from an apartment took the best part of a week because they ignored my collection) Once Johnny had received my case, he completed the repair very professionally, kept me updated and returned the case back within a few days. Great service and very happy with repair. I would recommend to everyone who has any issues with their Samsonite suitcase. I would certainly return. Thanks again

Needed a replacement wheel for a Samsonite Suitcase, which came off in transit as overloaded, thought it was going to be a hassle and their official site sent me to a 3rd party for repairs..

Instead found Aldridges via a google search for spare parts. Their site has clear guides and photo's to what's needed so you know you're getting the right part. Family run and been in the business since 1879

Quick delivery, 5 mins to change over the wheel and a £200+ spinner suitcase is good as new for £20 + p&p... Excellent thanks you.

The lay-flat handles on my 15-year old Samsonite suitcase had gone - the metal frames were fine, but the moulded plastic around them had cracked and, gradually, bits had fallen away over recent years. No spares appear to be available, but Aldridges re-made the handles, covering the frames with padding and beautifully-stitched leather, looking better-than new. I always try to repair, rather than replace, so this was a fantastic result. Personal service along the way and great quality. Thank you!
