I've been using Alensa for many years as they are everything I'm looking for in an online store. The lenses I buy are always in stock, their prices are the best I've found and my order arrives in less than a week. When placing an order there is usually the offer of a small free gift - this time I opted for a small tube of SPF sun cream. If I have one critisism - their website doesn't have an automatic translator from Geek to English, so I have to use google Translate, which is't the best.

Dusty sunglassy
I m in love with sunglasses; they protect our eyes from harmful conditions and also grands us even more style to our total outfits
This and the many positive reviews I read led me to trust Alensa and make a purchase of a beautiful pair of GUCCI sunglasses
First things first;
Possitives:
1. The price was extremely good (in compare with other retailers) and I really appreciated the fact that I could choose to payment methow as I wanted
2. The product looks genuine and heavy to the hand. The lenses are also good
Negatives:
1. Shipping was slow and the other options for faster shipping was aproximately 20 euros higher. Since I order a lot, having to pay constantly for shipping fees isn't easy. But that's not really the deal here
2. The interior of the package wasn't fully secured as I could sense the glasses moving around while I was shaking the parcel
3. Even worse and unacceptable was the fact that the glasses came to me without any foams or protective plastics wrapped around them; this led them to be dusty and with some minor scratches which I really doubt it was due to the dust
Conclusion:
I strongly believe that this was a display's pair. Maybe this explain all the dust. On the other side though, the feel of wearing them defies that, as they were quite narrow to my temples and felt unused.
Nevertheless I have made numerous purchases and almost none of them arrived to me like that and this prevents me trusting them again
Maybe this was an one-time thing and I was this one-case that happened. One is certain; this whole mixed situation isn't approprepiate for a pair of GUCCI sunglasses that cost 300 euros and more, as the client's expectation are higher, equal to a power-house like that!
This was my most honest review from my experience with them and I really hope you'll have a better one..
