Found this company after being let down…
Found this company after being let down by vision direct again. Ordered on Thursday and delivered Monday no issues. Even after a bad storm here. A few euros extra than Vison direct, but will be a permanent customer now. For anyone in Ireland use this company from now on for your lenses delivery

Great service just don’t go with UPS
Ups didn’t deliver my package and Theo really quickly helped me out!
Always used fastway and now going to stick with it as ups can’t be trusted
Great price, quick delivery and love the gifts you get when ordering above a certain amount.

My item was sent bak to seller so now i am without my lens after waiting a week to get them
Customer service said they would phone me back twice but they didn’t and now they have issued me a refund which i didnt want and will take days to get . They said to reorder the item but i dont have the money until refund received and dont trust getting them in the post now so im going to use another supplier

The issue was caused by the courier losing the package in transit (and subsequently ordering it to be returned back to us without contacting us prior) ,which we could not predict , and we reacted to the issue immediately once informed about it by yourselves. Unfortunately ,as we do not send new packages in such cases ,we had to issue you a full refund ,which was immediate ,so you would not have to wait for it to place a new order. As of today ,the money should be back with you , and we would be more than happy to provide you with a discount code and store credit in order to make things right. Good Company but should change delivery provider
I purchased on Dec, 30th 2024 and could follow the tracking of my parcel through a link they provide you. Very good way of tracking actually. On the same day they shipped and on January 1st apparently the parcel came to Ireland from CZ. I could check on Fastway track link they received in their Warehouse but for some reason they delayed in deliverying. So, I was expecting to receive the parcel by Jan, 3rd considering the holidays but on Jan 6th I had to reach out to Customer Service. Theodor from Customer Service promptly replied to my email informing my parcel was in transit this time and I could receive it by 1-2 days. On the next day I checked Fastway Track and for my surprise they informed it was already delivered but it didn't. I reached out again to Theodor who promptly sent me an email to fill up a form asking for reimbursement but THANKFULLY 3h later one of the neighbors brought over the parcel. Fastway delivered to a wrong address. Overall, Alensa is very good company, average price market but actually the delivery provider is not good. I know they offer other delivery options like UPS or DPD but of course they charge for their services. And Fastway is for free. It's good to know for the next time.

Great service delivered to Ireland from Prague! While Holyhead port is out after storm Darragh I didn’t think I’d get my order before Christmas, I got it in 3 days! And all to super prices for my usual lenses, I could find a great variety on the website and great prices! And I received an invoice for my order which I can use for my health insurance (other webshops don’t provide) all in all perfect experience! I’ll order more, thank you Alensa
