Alexander Hudson made the sale of my 92 year old mum's house go through extremely smoothly. She was very sad at leaving the house she had lived in for over 60 years but the staff at the Agents made everything so easy and were so kind to her. I would thoroughly recommend them and hope other Agents take a leaf out of their book.

I have be sold two houses using Alexander Hudson Estates. On both occasions I found that they offered:
- Excellent photographs taken, doing the property justice.
- Very good pricing strategy to maximise sale influenced by current market trends
- Good levels of guidance through the sales of or properties.

Alex and the team sold a property for us recently. The photographs were amazing and Alex arranged to do all the viewings for us at our request. The property sold really quickly above what we were asking and I believe that was all down to Alex and the team. Highly recommended!

We placed an offer on a property and asked the estate agent if the buyer would accept the offer and to cancel all other viewings and take it of the market. The offer was slightly above the asking price. I feel that the seller does not know about the offer as they are still going ahead with all viewings (6 I believe) and the estate agent is awaiting to see if another offer comes in to start a bidding war. The estate agent attitude is rude and we feel the buyer does not know about our offer. The estate agent told us until we instruct a solicitor and pay search’s all viewings will still continue but we can’t instruct solicitors until we know if the offer has been accepted. Due to this we have withdrawn our offer and went with our other property where they have accepted our offer and have cancelled all viewings. When we informed the estate agent about this they didn’t seem bothered and surprised they didn’t do more to persuade us to reconsider.

I used Alex to sell my mother,s house.I live in the Netherlands and could,nt be in England because of Covid restrictions.Alex and his team took care off everything for me.Includeing emptying the house of the last remaining furniture.I couldnt praise them enough.They are a fantastic team.
