Too bad you can't give zero

Too bad you can't give zero. The shoes from the complaint were returned damaged and the repair was bad. I sent the shoes back to be repaired again. Mrs. ROBERTA assured me that now they will deal with my complaint faster. The second month of waiting for any information begins. Zero contact with the company. No responsibility for the destruction of footwear during the complaint. A total of 4 months without shoes or money. I advise you to avoid the store alexandermcqueen.com

What a disappointment!

Hello everyone,
I bought a Mantas bag (2nd hand) that I love.
Being myself in the field of quality, CSR I found a major defect on the handles of this bag.
The leather stretches and the frames are too small.
(If you have the same problem, don't hesitate to leave a message).
I therefore informed the after-sales department so that they could provide me with a solution.
Their "typical" response was to say that we can't do anything without an invoice.

We're in a reuse period because I don't have an invoice, there's no solution...
No, it's just because I didn't buy it "new".
All the major luxury brands know how to recognize whether a product has been made in their workshops or is counterfeit.
So instead of asking for an invoice, ask for the bag to be returned so that we can analyze it and understand the manufacturing problem.
What a disappointment for this brand...they've just lost a customer!

Worst brand in Customer Service

I'm never going back to their store in Selfridges after the horrible treatment and unprofessional service I got from the so called store manager who who was more interested in her make-up than attending to my needs keeping me waiting on the shop floor. A big brand like AM employing low quality staff like this while selling luxury items just don't make any sense. Fix up!!!

Worst shoes I’ve ever bought 😡

Worst shoes I’ve ever bought 😡. I have them one year and I wear maybe 7 times because my feet hurt so much and I have skin damage all the time 😩. I pay 460£ and you cannot wear them 😡…. I should read this reviews before I buy them 🤯🥴

I am waiting for my refund since 3 months

If I could give a zero review I would. I have bought a pair of sneakers in the shop located in Rome and unfortunately the sneakers had a defect. I contacted the store hoping to exchange the shoes. In the beginning they were very friendly and told me after checking that although they couldn't exchange the shoes, I could send it back and they would provide me with a refund. So I did and they confirmed the have received the shoes, but no refund. Although they claim I have. This was already 3 months ago. Since I have been going back and forth but there is no reply from the customer service no matter how many times I call or send emails they are unwilling to help. Truly disappointing from what is considered a well known high end brand. Definitely don't recommend to buy they only want your money and don't give quality nor service in return.

McQueen earring/ ear cuff

Purchased a earring/ ear cuff. It was sent missing the spring tension bar that holds it on the ear. They said to send it in for inspection.4 months later they said the part was no longer made (though the piece is still available in stores and online). They refused to repair or replace. This is a new item. Bad customer service. They won't stand behind their product.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal…

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Avoid at all cost, especially online shopping.
Customer service has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Have a Faulty pair of trainers which they refuse to repair or replace .

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company! My gf bought me a pair of sneakers from the website, while I was out of the country for a month and get back try on and they are 1/2 size to big. I called and emailed but no luck in helping me with an exchange. Very rude customer service (Michelle said her name was) basically said we cant do anything about it and good luck. She recommended me selling them privately. lol NEVER BUYING FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN. No wonder LV is a better company.

Do not order anything online

Do not order anything online, they send you used and damaged products and then refuse to do refund it. You can see in the pictures what the website shows vs what you receive. I've also had to return two pairs of shoes because the sweatshop in china which produces the soles is such terrible quality they crack from normal wear. Probably a sign they were made by children. Only the insole is made in Italy. Customer Service / Client Services do not acknowledge your complaint or emails, they simply forget about it until its out of their remit. AVOID

Good day,

I shopped at Alexander McQueen for the first time last year.

The purchase arrived very quickly via DHL courier. I was really looking forward to the shoes.

I ordered size 44.5 and after trying them on they were a bit big, so I ordered another pair of 44 the same day. The shoes arrived very quickly.

The next day the shoes arrived and I found out that they are small.

so in 20 minutes I packed the box with shoes and sent it back to Alexander Mcqueen via DHL courier.

Dhl returned the shoes in time and I was waiting for an answer from Alexandra Mcqueen.

I waited 1 month and no answer came.

when I wrote an email to customer support, I received a reply in 1-2 days.

I couldn't believe what I was reading.

The lady from customer support wrote to me that my newly returned shoes were used and they cannot accept the return.

I wore those shoes for 2-3 minutes and tried them on the carpet the whole time...

I couldn't believe what the wonderful lady wrote..

She sent me a photo of muddy shoes..

Several times I tried to explain that these are not my shoes and I probably made a mistake...

no one helped me with this at Alexander Mcqueen, and when I wrote several emails to the management of the company, no one answered me..

to this day I have neither money nor shoes...

alexander mcqueen, your employee who accepted my returned shoes robbed me, and you didn't help me with that..

Alexander McQueen’s Oversized Sneakers

Bought the oversized sneakers a couple days ago. It looks aesthetic but hurts your feet and leg the first few days🤣 Honestly just like Jordans, I needed to break them first and now it’s comfortable lol.. Just the first 2-3 days were uncomfortable but then its fine and Im happy with how it looks and it’s comfortable now. If you have Balenciaga Triple S, this sneaker feels similar after a few days. A bit heavy and stiff but worth the vibe tbh. It depends on your preference.

When you pay the amount for the shoes you expect to receve some quality shoes , instead you receve some piece of garbage with glue all over plus with Shade of yellow in white and bad materiale used , never again Wörth buying from them

Literally don’t even deserve 1 star

Literally don’t even deserve 1 star, I went to Bicester village to buy a pair of nice trainers with my birthday money and wages, I brought a pair of Alexander mqueens (velvet) they refused to let me try on a 6 because they’re ‘oversized’ and then told me they didn’t have a 6 after refusing to anyway, I had to get a 5.5 which was fine in the store. I come home and wore them around the house and back garden to break them in as they literally was so small compared to what I had tried on in store, bare in mind I tried on the shoe on the shelf in a 5.5 and that fit me fine, a day later I found a glue mark on the trainer and because it was velvet it stuck out like crazy, so I sent photos on WhatsApp and they agreed it was a glue mark and didn’t hear from them for A day so I got hold of the manager after 3 days of calling and he said ye that’s fine u can have an exchange because it’s a faulty item, I told him I had worn them in the house and garden and it was fine. After 2 days he asked me for a photo of the mark and the bottom of my trainers and then rang me up saying I can’t get an exchange because he can’t resell them as they had been worn… but they’re a faulty item u can’t sell it anyway! He also told me I should have checked the shoes before leaving the store? They cost me £450 I shouldn’t have to check they should be up to standards! I also went into a local store which sell the exact same shoes and tried on the same size as I have and they fit me fine! So the shoes I purchased were faulty and the size was wrong on them! He told me by feet must be too wide for the shoes? But they fit fine in the other store? Absolutely dreadful customer service and the manager should be ashamed. £450 on trainers that aren’t even up to standards it’s a complete joke.

TRAPPED IN ALEXANDER MCQUEEN DRESS

I purchases a Alexander McQueen dress via online company MyTheresa. The first time I wore the dress whilst on a trip to London, the zip didn't work and got stuck. Due to the design of the dress, I was unable to get myself out of the dress I had no choice but to attend an event in London with a half open zip in the back. At the end of the evening after many failed attempts, including help from staff at Connaught Hotel in London, I had to cut myself out of the dress. In the middle of the night, I was left with no other option, unless I slept in the dress and went to their store for assistance. The following day I called Alexander McQueen's flagship store in London to either replace or repair the dress .. they showed no concern or interest and requested I send the item back to Mytheresa which I did. Since then MyTheresa made several attempts with the brand to get the matter resolved however Alexender McQueen has continued to take not accountability or provide proper customer care. The dress is still with the seller since the past 3 months and the matter is unresolved.

I can't put it more plainly than I was literally trapped in the dress, there was no other way to release myself other than cutting around the zip. As a matter of principal I am minded to take them to court and ask the brand to demonstrate how else could one release oneself from this dress without cutting around the defective zip.

If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service atrocious! Worst I have ever experienced! I’ve been trying to sort out a refund for an item returned for a month now. Nothing complicated just simply the refund they offer as part of their online sales and returns policy. I’ve been patient and polite during all correspondence, they have just continually been unhelpful, rude obstructive, fobbed me off, ignored my emails and finally today when I asked (during phone conversation) for the name of their head of client services and the best way to contact them the advisor said “she couldn’t give me that information” when I enquired as to why ? and asked if this was company policy, was she maybe not allowed? She just wouldn’t answer and kept repeating “I can’t give you that information” over and over like a child! It was bazaar, so so rude and really upsetting. What can you do when the only dept that can be contacted (and the department that are specifically there to help customers) are the problem!!? It not just one person, I’ve spoken to five different advisors to date, they are all terrible. Horrible experience! DO NOT purchase directly from Alexander McQueen.

Alexander McQueen oversized sneckers

I had bought the Alexander McQueen oversized Snickers recently and was delighted with the look and the fit when I tried them on in the store. But after wearing them for a day, I must say this the worst shoes I have ever worn. They are incredibly uncomfortable to wear. The sole doesn't bend as you walk; it forces your foot to slide as if you are skiing. And what is most annoying, these shoes make various squeaking noises as you walk. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone who enjoys walking.

I bought the new sunglasses graffiti rectangular , and don’t come with cloth to clean the glasses , the mini handbag where you put the glasses before you put in case , is so ridiculous , the cable have one point to join the end of wire. so poor .. I was expect more from luxury brand

Poorly made, crap jewellery

I was bought a bracelet in March from Alexander McQueen,pearls and skulls. It broke after a couple of weeks, found it lying on the floor of a restaurant I was dining in. I contacted AMcQ and they were very unhelpful, they advised it couldn’t be fixed without receipt or order number even though I had the box etc it came in. My friend couldn’t find the receipt, embarrassing I had to ask. Got it fixed myself, jeweller told me it was very poor quality. I had also bought a heavy silver AMQ bracelet for my husband at Xmas, it currently is in a jewellers as the lock fell out. I cost £60 to fix. So beware of their jewellery it is crap and they are so unhelpful and really don’t care. Yvonne Cowan
