Very terrible customer service
Very terrible customer service! I purchased an item on 7/20/20. My account was charged on 7/20/20 as well. I have tried to call Alexander McQueen twice waited a hour and half the first time I ended call after extended hold time, this morning I called again and after waiting on hold a hour and 45minutes a recording got online and thanked me for the call and hung up. I got to check my account for other things and see that Alexander McQueen has refunded me the money but under the online account it shows still pending and was supposed to be delivered 7/24/20. I’m now on the phone waiting on hold once again to speak with someone to rectify this issue. You would think that for the cost of the items on Alexander McQueen website that they would have better service and commitment to their products, shipping and customers. This is a first and last time experience never purchased from a company that doesn’t have a live representative you can speak directly with. Alexander McQueen should be ashamed if this type of business.
Very disappointing online experience
I ordered a beetle necklace for £520. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that the necklace was faulty - the chain had been welded to the pendant in such a way that it did not hang symmetrically. I was surprised that such an expensive item passed quality control at manufacturing stage, and that it was not thoughroughly checked before dispatch.
Too further frustrate, in order to return online items in the UK, you must call the UPS Premium rate phone line to schedule a collection, and of course they put you on hold for ages - 32 minutes in my case. So it cost me £22 in phone charges to return a faulty item. Great!
I emailed Alexander McQueen to complain, however I received absolutely no response. This is very poor service Alexander McQueen. If your customers have to spend money calling premium phone numbers to return items then you are not offering a free return service as you claim on your website.
I'm so disappointed as I was a real fan of this brand. I don't want to leave a negative review and will reconsider if someone from the company has the decency to reply to me.

Purchased the oversize sneaker about a year ago. Still look like new until this day. Amazing quality and sizing on the shoes. Would recommend!
NEVER PURCHASE ON THEIR SITE!
Tried 2 times to buy from their site they cancelled my order 2 times no further info was provided and money was already paid now they won't reply my emails it's been 12 days still no answer from them.
Their support SUCKS!
