Rude customer service

I emailed with a query through the website which said I should receive a response within 48 hours. A week later I spoke to the customer service advisor through live chat. It started well, but then they just ignored my question and cut me off. I reconnected with the same person and they were completely dismissing what I was asking and sending back generic answers. They then just completely ignored me until I gave up. What a horrible experience; I would have expected better from a brand like this. I often shop with Gucci and their customer service is just excellent in comparison.

Faulty Trainers.

The issue that I have experienced was: I brought a pair of trainers for Christmas from Biscester Village. I only wore them twice. Probably for 45min on both occasions. I have notices that the leather is coming of and the trainers has air bubbles in two parts of both feet. This will cause for the leather to come of. I have contacted Alexander mcqueens and they informed me to take pictures and send it which I did. They have now come back and said this is accidental damage. But how can damage happen to both pairs and this dont explain why there is air bubbles. They believe they have a luxurious brand but this is far from luxurious. Primark trainers and customer service is better. The customer service at client services are rude to deal with and won’t listen to a word said. The staff at Bicester village say it is out there control and even the manger cant make a decision. They have made a decision without looking at them physically and only based on photos. I was advised that you should’nt wear these shoes in the rain, which I didn’t. But aren’t designed for the weather but this is not advertised anywhere is there shop or no leaflet given in the box when purchased. They haven’t followed the consumer rights act.
They claim they are luxurious but there product is a 0 and so is there customer service. Definitely avoid you can buy cheaper trainers and there customer service would be 10 time better than Alexander McQueen. This really upsets me that I spend £420 and they were rubbish. Quality is so poor.

Worse customer service I have ever…

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They give a delivery date with complimentary express shipping. Ordered on 11/4 order is still processing. I have called everyday and still have not received my order. They are playing games on the phone. Not answering my calls. Hanging up on me. Not understanding at all why I’m frustrated. I will never order from this website again. Truly unprofessional

customer service is awful and shoes…

customer service is awful and shoes ain’t much better. bought a pair last year only wear sometimes as i like to keep my good shoes in good condition then when tying my laces one day they ripped at the ring pulling the ring off from the shoe and not can’t wear them. i would expect that of a 10 pound pair of primark shoes but not a 360 pound pair. Contacted selfridges where i bought them they said they would pass on to alexander mcqueen as they do repairs and aftersales. all i have got from them is you r not on our system even thought i told them i hadn’t bought them directly from them and never heard a word back from them. it’s absolutely a ridiculous company who clearly don’t have a clue what they are doing or don’t care and i will not be buying another pair from them again or recommending them

Products are extremely poor quality

Bought my first (and last) pair of trainers around one year ago. Over the past few months the sole has started to tear away from the shoe. To be clear I only use the trainers for special occasions and treat them with the upmost respect.

I contacted AM about the issues and after sending them back for inspection, they find further flaws. It's almost like a self-confession that their products are crap. However, they blamed me for the condition they were in!

The way they described them, it was as if I had been using them to mountain climb, or perhaps using them as a brake for a motorbike.

Anyway, I have spoken to my credit card company and they say I have a case and they will raise a dispute to recover my funds.

Made an order

Made an order, driver attempted twice and because I was in hospital, I received a card saying item will go back to the seller.
I was happy with that and waiting for my refund.
One week later, as no refund, I called them and item was still in depo, for no reason.
They tried to tell me they have had a problem finding my address, but how if I got the calling card?
I opened an investigation and been told parcel can be delivered but it couldnt because they didnt have time.
Opened a complain, they offered me 5% off from the next order ( who in this world would buy from them in the future after all this hassle? )
been in touch with Clarice from France, and been promised they will look into this again, nothing happend :)
So I was 1month with no money, no parcel, no.refund.
Only promisses.
Been 2 months since then, and do you think someone bothered to update me or to provide me.with a resolution?
No...so.be careful :)

Item missing - extremely poor online customer service

Ordered a pendant online as a gift for myself and only received the packaging with the pendant missing. I went through the whole process of complaining, I rang them minutes after delivery, took pictures, chased and chased them for help via their email. Customer services offered no apologies, no refund, no replacement and just blamed it on the courier (DHL) who also took no responsibility. Once they have your money they don't care and you just have to battle for a resolution. I had to ask my bank for support as I was getting nowhere with Alexander McQueen. Would never ever buy from them online again. I am sure if you are lucky and nothing goes wrong then everything is great but if it does you are in for a headache. If you do buy online just make sure you record every little detail of delivery and opening of the parcel so you have endless evidence to hit them with should you have the unfortunate experience I had. I really hope you don't!

Extremely poor service do not order direct from Alexander Mc Queen.

I ordered a pair of Alexander Mc queens shoes on costing £390. I spoke with customer services agent called Marcus about exchanging the shoes for a larger size. Marcus told me to send the shoes back and as soon as they receive the shoes in the warehouse they would send me the larger size. I tried using their delivery service DHL to send the shoes back and the parcel failed to scan in numerous outlets. So this left me no choice but to return the item using Royal Mail tracking and recorded delivery costing £15.00. Due to the length of time I was waiting I contacted Customer service agent Marcus/Alexander Mc queen to check if the shoes had been sent out as I’ve been waiting 4 weeks. Marcus told me on Monday that the shoes were in the warehouse but not entered on the system manually. I asked for a refund and Marcus advised we could have a refund but by the time we get refunded the shoes they could be there by then if we waited. I received an email from Marcus to say that the shoes is not there and Alexander Mc queen is not taking responsibility because I used Royal Mail recorded track and delivery. I called and spoke to Marcus and he refused to let me speak to a manager. Marcus told me there is nothing they can do to help me.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, the prices are of a real brand, but no service at all. Do not buy there anything. I bought two items, non of them arrived, they refuse to refund me claiming the issue is between me and the carrier. I basically lost a lot of money. Claim to be a real brand when they are basically a very cheap fake.
