ALEXANDRA MIRO APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID!! SCAM!!
Where do I even begin. Wish I read the reviews here before ordering from the Alexandra Miro website.
I’ve logged a complain with Royal Mail because item was not delivered to me but left outside my gate. Another delivery driver kindly brought it in the following day after it had been rained on. Due to poor packaging by Alexandra Miro for a high value dress, the rain had soaked through packaging and drenched the dress. What was however shocking is the poor quality of the fabric because there was colour transfer from the print to the white and the dress was completely destroyed. I made a video of me opening the package and revealing the state of the dress.
I have since sent 3 emails to Alexandra Miro customer service. No acknowledgement, no response.
I can’t claim through Royal Mail as I’m not the sender. I was given a reference number for Alexandra Miro to use and open a claim. Still waiting to hear back for my refund and return label to send back damaged dress.

I can see that they take the time to respond to bad reviews rather than respond to customer emails. Please deal with the numerous emails I have sent for order number 21234. I need my refund. I have sent videos, Royal Mail reference and all the details in my emails. I want to return the damaged dress for a full refund. I have zero confidence in your company and the quality of your fabrics and products.

It’s been over a month, dress has been returned and still no refund. Contrary to the reply here Alexander Miro acknowledged receipt of the returned dress since 17th December and still no refund or communication from them. Appalling!!! Please avoid these instagram retailers.

It is impossible to receive a refund from them if you return items.
I returned a swimsuit and a skirt in August after receiving the items too late for my vacation both items returned within their 14 day policy.
Their reason for not refunding the swim suit is a small mark on it which it already had when I received the item, they refunded the skirt in a store credit after requesting a full refund.
I did not want a store credit as I will not be shopping online with this company again!
I have sent repeated emails requesting a full refund on both items 3 months on I'm still waiting for a reply.
Appalling customer service and a very disappointing shopping experience for a supposed high end retail company.

Very bad fabric! Avoid wasting money!
Very bad fabric, very cheap materials and quality of order for a “designer” brand. Would not recommend, there are much better brands out there. Avoid avoid the ribbed swimwear especially as the fabric looks like it’s already gone for a swim. Super disappointed for the price point.

Fraudulent company who will steal from…
Fraudulent company who will steal from you. I ordered over $1200 in bathing suits, they first had major customs issue and I had to personally look up the materials the bathing suits were made of and work with customs to release them even though that should be the company’s responsibility. So they showed up weeks and weeks late in a battered ripped box. I sent every single item back immediately. They then told me I was only refunded for some of them items even though I didn’t keep anything and nothing was marked final sale. And then they never even issued the leaser incorrect refund OR the correct amount! This was over $1200 in theft by this company I am now having to work with my credit card company to dispute. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I ordered a dress in small and medium for my engagement party, sadly neither fitted so I had to return them both. The return notification was done within 14 days. The team now has both my dresses and is refusing to give me a refund as they were posted after this time (within the usual 30 day UK limit though, by the way). So they are going to keep both dresses and not refund me. I think that's theft?

I’ve bought a few items and been super happy. Quality is really good and customer service has been exceptional. Had a slight problem with an order being my fault for not checking and the dress I ordered was out of stock. Chased up a refund and it had already been sorted. Fantastic quality and customer service
The dress I bought is absolutely stunning - amazing quality and I feel like a million dollars in it. After I purchased the dress, I saw that there was a 25% off promotion, so I emailed to ask if they would price match, and without question the customer support team refunded me the difference within hours of me asking. Excellent all round!

Gloria from the customer service team was amazing. She organised for a new belt loop to be sent to me free of charge because I lost the original one!
Worth the luxury price point
Alexandra Miro is one of those brands that always pops on my Instagram and Pinterest feeds, especially in the summer. I had seen them last year and was drawn to their designs, but only recently made a purchase. Let me just say I wish I ordered earlier.
I love a luxury swimwear brand and stock up at least with one piece each big holiday trip. I am very impressed with their fabric quality, design details like hardware, and of course the fits on the model. Many times luxury swimwear is just aesthetics, with Alexandra Miro it's aesthetics and quality.
Highly recommend, and piece came in a few days. I feel so good in these pieces and will def be shopping here again.
Slow customer service
Sizing wise very large, I expected much more for the cost … I returned 2 orders, these were received 5 working days ago and I am waiting patiently for me refund … 🫤 if you could possibly action my refunds, I have emailed you twice with no response

Ordered a bikini 2 weeks ago ! No communication from them. Shop!!! Says my order has been in transit at Royal Mail Horley since 8 July ! I paid for next day delivery ? Tried to email several times and nothing . No contact number !! I’m really worried Ive lost my money!
Really not sure what to do next and they are so expensive ! I expected so much better than this . Only alternative is to try and cancel the payment . Hopefully that can be done as it’s a lot of money and AM don’t respond or help , just ignore all communication. Royal Mail is an automated service and even with the tracking number my bikini hasn’t moved from its location in 2 weeks!! That’s not worth the delivery cost . Sadly I won’t have it on time if it ever arrives .

Very cheap fabric and horrible quality
Placed a few orders from this company for my upcoming holiday. The quality is awful, this is the second order I’ve placed and the quality of the garment is shocking. The fabrication looks awful and you have to pay for refunds! One of the worst swimsuit companies I have ever purchased from. Be careful when purchasing from here.
