I am absolutely dissatisfied with Alexandra Miro Online Shop. It is unacceptable for a company in this price range to have no customer hotline. They do not respond to emails. They simply do not care, and this is absolutely not okay. Terrible customer service is a reason never to shop there again. I cannot put into words how disappointed I am.

Very pleased with the product
I recently purchased a swimsuit for my girlfriend, and I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the product.
The website is intuitive and easy to navigate, with high-resolution images and detailed descriptions. I chose the "Kiki" model in black, and the size guide was very helpful in finding the perfect fit. My girlfriend immediately felt comfortable and confident.
I will definitely make more purchases in the future.

My last order included a skirt that was cut much smaller than the skirts I've bought from her before. So I had to send it back with the matching blouse. As I often order from the UK (Net-a-Porter, Revolve etc.) and there was always a returnable, in the parcels, I naturally thought that this would also be the case with such a renowned company as AM. Unfortunately, I then realized that I had to arrange the return myself. I also had to insure the parcel, as AM would otherwise not provide a guarantee if the parcel was lost. There was no reply to any of my emails. The telephone number given in the return policy does not exist❌. It took more than an hour to order a return shipment. Now I have to pay more than 100€. What a bad customer service. I hope that I will ever get the 800€ back. Every cheap China mail order company works more customer-oriented. I will never order anything again

I ordered online not knowing they didn’t offer free returns. I tried shipping back and I’m being charged $250 from the shipping company. I have sent several emails asking to please help me with the shipping process and I will cover the cost with the uk.intel company they use. But I have gotten no response.

I had the most incredible customer experience with this brand! I placed a last minute order for a dress for my honeymoon and they made sure it was delivered to me in time. Gloria who assisted me was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make sure I received my dress before leaving. My order has been delivered in time for my honeymoon and the dress is beautiful. Court Case Update regarding - Appalling lack of refund and shameful customer care
(Please scroll down reviews to see my original seperate review expressing my Opinion on Trustpilot re Alexandra Miro and how I have been treat- Heather Braham)
Having bought and returned an expensive but poor quality dress that did not fit I was met with utter contempt and refusal to refund my money.
I had tried on the dress in my immaculately clean and tidy dressing room of my new home and sent it back well within the 14 day period. It was returned as received and I did not mark stain or damage it in anyway and it had all the tags in place.
Having had the dress in their possession 15 days and following many requests to refund my money, at the point of raising a complaint they asserted that the dress had a mark on it. In my opinion due to being 100% certain this DID NOT happen in my possession I formed the honestly held belief that it could have only happened in Alexandra Miro possession as they did not claim it was damaged in transit.
Following my HONEST OPINION and ACCURATE original post on Trustpilot below, they subsequently threatened me with Court action if I did not remove it. As it DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY FALSE STATEMENTS and it is the absolute truth I refuse to be bullied into removing the truth and exercise my democratic rights to free speech as it’s the TRUTH and my HONEST OPINION.
When I advised that I would be taking Court action the response to my post appeared from Alexandra Miro who did not resolve this issue or act fairly as they suggested in their post.
Instead the matter went to Court via Video Link on Weds 21/2/24. The facts and opinions of the case were presented to an independent Judge by myself and the Head of Operations from Alexandra Miro. It was only at this point that Alexandra Miro themselves conceded and provided me a full refund of my monies which in my opinion they should have done within 14 days of my having returned them their totally unsuitable dress.
Its scandalous that they are allowed to do this to so many people as highlighted by the negative reviews on Trustpilot regarding refunds. In fact I presented these as evidence that I am not an isolated case or a serial complainer as this is the FIRST time I have had to defend my rights in this manner and I would urge you to exercise your rights so long as you are HONEST & ACCURATE and stay clear of any FALSE STATEMENTS or LIES.
Needless to say I shall NEVER use ALEXANDRA MIRO who have been disgraceful in their lack of after care and administration of consumer rights.
Know your rights and exercise them or we all lose them to companies who do not honour them.
Citizens Advice Bureau provided the online link to the small claims Court and the process is a simple one with relatively small cost. But beyond money the moral and ethical challenge against such appalling lack of customer care and adherence to Consumer Rights is the most important issue worth fighting for.

I absolutely adore this brand. The quality, the fit and the designs are out of this world, but more than that the customer service is the best i've ever experienced. I somehow managed to lose a strap to one of my swimsuits, months after first purchase, and Ariel in customer service not only managed to find me a spare strap, she posted it to me free of charge. Absolute angel! You have a lifetime customer in me. So grateful :)
