Purchased swimwear which is beautiful, however, the customer service is terrible!! More than terrible!!!
I ordered 2 of the same swimsuit to make sure I got the sizing right and then returned the 2 that did not fit. My return arrived safely as I could see from the tracking, however, I have had to chase for half a month for the refund.
I was informed that the refund had been put through but had no email confirmation of this. I was checking my credit card daily and nothing. In the end, I had to try and connect with the brand owner on LinkedIn and then messaged on Instagram and told them that this was over the legal timeframe to process the return. It has been over half a month and I now have the refund email showing in my mailbox. Hopefully, I will see the refund in my account in the next couple of days now.
The return process is the worst and if you are unsure of size then I would not bother buying online to have to go through this hassle.

No Customer Service and they won't give me my money back
I sent a parcel back to this company on 24 March 2023, they did not refund all the items and said I hadn't returned one of them costing £331.50, basically accusing me of keeping it.
I opened a charge back on my credit card, and then they said they would refund me the outstanding money......over 95 days on and I still haven't had my refund, they are now saying they are unable to refund as the chargeback is still open and they need to wait 75 days. I am so fed up with the delaying, the excuses and it appears I am not the only one who has had issues.
DO NOT spend your money with them, the hassle is just not worth it. It is expensive items and a lot to lose if you don't get your money back.
Impeccable service and design
I used to work in a very competitive and aesthetic focussed industry before recently having a baby. I had an event and had been agonising over an outfit that I could feel confident in the other side of matrescence. I ordered a swimsuit and tiered maxi skirt and felt like a million dollars. The quality and design is incredibly detailed and considered. Their customer service team provide detailed and timely responses, exceptional service of mention from Gloria.

Fantastic fit for the swimsuits and one of the more interesting swim brands around. Resort wear is great too for beach and beach clubs/restaurants. Girlfriend loves it!
Terrible services
Terrible services, be aware when you order from Alexandra miro and you want to return , they don’t give you a label return, you need to pay out of you pocket , which is 50$ and I got my return sent back to me due to 3 failed attempts to deliver it to them!
2. They stop replying to my emails and they do not have a phone number where you can talk directly to them!!!
3 the quality is definitely not worth the high price they are asking for!

Communication is either none or you are lied to.
I have bought from so many companies and this has been the absolute worst company to work with. They have a terrible return policy and use Inteparcel. They have you use Interparcel for returns and after you paid the required return fees the package is stuck in customs and they more fees. The company advises they will handle any additional fees then goes dark and doesn't pay the fees.
Shop from somewhere else. The pricing is high for the quality of clothing as well. I will dispute this all with my credit card company. And I never do that, ever!!! BEWARE

Product is nice however this brand brand has utterly terrible customer service and an awful returns procedure.
This brand invests more on influencers and doesn’t appreciate the importance of customer relations!
Missing items, no response from customer service and bad quality
Ordered my items, and didn't recieve a confirmation that my order had shipped for a long time (around a week). Had to write and ask them what had happened to my order. Got a fast reply then, and later a shipping confirmation. I ordered 3 items - only two arrived. And the quality was very disappointing. There were marks on the buttons of the polka dot pants, and the fabric felt cheap. Not what you would expect from a supposed luxury brand. I emailed again, asking about the top that hadn't arrived yet. And this time no reply at all. I STRONGLY disadvise you from ordering from Alexandra Miro. We only decided to keep the items due to the reviews here, saying it was hard to get a refund.
Beware
Beware! Their fabric dye bleeds terribly. I bought the Penelope Boxes skirt and absolutely LOVED it! I wore it once to a wedding, it rained so we it got a little wet- The black ink ran and completely ruined the garment and got all over my legs.
Likewise, I also bought a sheer romper, white with black polka dots. Wore it to the pool, some water splashed on it and black ink bled into the white. Alexandera Miro would not replace items, both didn’t make it past one use… their garments are not color fast!
Top notch customer service - above and beyond
Gloria was incredibly helpful in organising a return in very quick time and went above and beyond to make sure I got this swimsuit in time for our holiday.

Returned a swimsuit and received £12.99 less than I paid. I asked customer service why and they said this is what they charge for returns and details are on their website..
These amounts are not listed on their website.
I have asked for my money back as the costume did not fit it was very short in the body- I am an average size 10 and have not had this issue with other costumes..
I have been blocked on Instagram by them as I made a few comments to let other buyers know what to expect to pay for a refund. How childish and unprofessional for a company… you werent bothered about charging me an extortionate amount for a return, I was merely letting other people know this.

Awful! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The items are very beautiful but the returns process is awful. They ignore you on all channels. I had one reply to say they they didn't have my returned package and when I sent them proof of delivery they stopped engaging with me. Far too expensive for the poor customer service.

I ordered a dress in the sale costing £245, when it arrived I didn’t like it. I sent it back recorded delivery a day later costing £8.95, exactly how I had received it. 16 days later I had to contact the company via email because there is no contact telephone number for them to kindly ask if they had received my return? I received a response at 8pm saying it did not pass the quality checks in the warehouse? No comments why???
After a sleepless night I messaged them five times the next day asking why it hadn’t passed the quality check? I couldn’t understand why when all I did was repack it in the bag it came in and take it to the post office the next day?
It took them two days to respond and when they did it wasn’t the truth? They said the dress that I sent back was dirty? The dress in the picture attached to their email was not the dress I ordered!
I’ve ended up paying around £14 including return charges, this isn’t right when returning an unwanted item.

No refund on returned goods despite proving they were received by Alexandra Miro nearly 4 weeks ago. Also no response to email. Very disappointing. We recover money via Amex.

Ordered a swimsuit from this company for £117. It arrived and I did not feel the quality matched the price so returned it
After 16 days I still had not had any refund or even acknowledgement that they had received my return. I emailed customer service and they asked for proof of postage which I provided and they then did not reply for a week
They refunded me and took £12.99 off my refund. The website does state they take off £7.99 presumably for shipping (which is outrageous for one swimsuit with barely any weight to it) but it does not state anywhere that they will also take a £5 “shipping fee” off - what is the £7.99 for if the £5 is for shipping? It’s ridiculous to lose almost £13 of your order and to not even be warned about the £5 of it
