My purchase was an LED makeup mirror as a Christmas present. Like everyone else here not much more to add, product was cheap plastic nothing like the picture - it also arrived damaged in squashed carboard box packaging. Needless to say I didn't even bother gifting something so embarassing to the wife. I contacted Alexia&Co within the 3day period in their T&Cs and, as expected, was told they would support my refund but I had to pay tracked postage back to China. No alternative was offered despite their claim to be a company in the US with global warehouses and distribution centres.

Given the state of the item I pursued a full refund through Paypal who said they would support the request but that I still needed to pay the tracked postage myself. They even changed the location to Australia! This is an additional 5000km ontop of the original request to China as I'm in the UK!

After nearly a month of emails back and forth in the resolution centre I was eventually provided with details of the Paypal returns service and they covered the cost of the return (had to choose cheapest slowest option) and finally, after another few weeks, I got my money back.

I suggested Paypal look at this site and other claims they would have been reviewing regarding Alexia&Co to stop allowing PayPal as a method of payment and the assumed trust that comes with it - I doubt anything will come of it. Unfortunately, I don't know how to contact Instagram with a complaint about Alexia&Cos fraudulant advertising on their account (they've clearly also bought fake followers) nor on how to get some international consumer protection body to shut their website down. AlexiaCo.com was registered as a domain late August 2017 and the complaints on this site started to flood in a week or so later - as I said in the title of my review, Truely my worst online shopping experience ever.

Unacceptable service, the leggings arrived not true to size, a size medium could not get it passed my knee and I am size 10. They said they would refund me, so I sent my items back, had to pay a huge customs charge, they are now ignoring my emails. This has been 2 months, I send them an email every day and I have had no response and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I honestly wish I had read these reviews before i ordered from them. i bought a LED light up make up mirror for my daughter for Christmas. Didn't arrive by Christmas. When it did arrive It was terribly cheap quality and broke within 3 weeks. Finally got a message back from the company saying that any faults must be logged with the company within 3 days or receipt. It wasn't broken then!!! It therefore seems that the life expectancy of items from this company is possibly just over 3 days !!

Dreadful. Don't buy from this company. The items took 5 weeks to arrive when they did there was an issue and they refused to refund me

BEWARE!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered a jacket that cost $42.00. When I received it, it looked like a piece of felt sewn together. I would never wear anything like this. I e-mailed them and they said I could return, but they needed a tracking number. Went to the post office and was told that it would cost about $40 to return to China. I wish I would have read these reviews first.

Not what they claim to be at all. The pants wouldn't fit anyone except a child - they are a size XL and were advertised to 20 - 30 something year old women. It took more than a month for them to get the pants to me. I paid $70 for 2 pairs of pants. I wrote them an email asking for a refund, which they didn't even bother to respond to. I'm trying to dispute the purchase through my bank and PayPal but because they technically sent me the pants I'm having trouble getting my money returned this way. If you are considering buying anything from Alexia & CO you might as well take the money and burn it. Might be more satisfying.

I wish I read the reviews first. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star. Bought the Sylvia leggings and they are nothing like they are in the photograph. They are cheap, crap material. They are The ugliest pants I have ever owned. They're also way too small. The company will not return my emails. I am filled with rage!

I think this is the first review I have ever taken the time to make - mostly because I don't necessarily agree with company shaming via the Internet. I have to make an exception here - as I simply cannot believe that Alexia & Co. is in the business to sell quality items. Instead, they use deceptive marketing tactics and sell crap with zero return policy. I purchased the Sylvia Leggings, followed the size chart and trusted the company's comments that they were "comfortable like leggings but have the look like jeans". HARDLY! This pants are NOT leggings and they are NOT jeans. They are made of some sort of material that has zero stretch and the sizing is even smaller than their size chart implies. Even if the waist is correct, there is no way that women with regular-sized legs would be able to fit into these pants. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company with all costs!

Terrible product, won't refund, won't respond to emails. I spent $70 on 2 pair of pants I can't wear and can't get money back. This company is horrible!!!!

I bought the makeup brush cleaner around Christmas and i opened it when i received it to see how it looked and everything seemed fine. I went to use it a couple weeks later and took off the foam wrapper on the bowl and it is cracked. Contacted customer service and they will not replace it saying that its past 3 days! I will NEVER purchase from this company again!

This company is straight from CHINA! Terrible quality, nothing like is pictured or described on IG. I ordered theyre “Moro leggings” and they’re made of cheap, thin polyester material, not the soft material described. I did however find great Jeff I ca from amazon for $22!! Save your $!

I don't even want to give them 1 star. I have had the same experience as everyone below...horrendous product and horrific customer service. This is a total sham. Why is this company still around and WHY is instagram allowing them to advertise. If this crap company is unresponsive then Instagram should be held accountable for this.

Horrible! The customer service is terrible. I don't even think that this is a legit company. They go against what they say in their rules, for example it says on their website that you can cancel an order within the first 12 hours BUT my e-mails were ignored. I sent 3 within that timeframe and didn't hear back. Then I got a notification that my order has shipped. Sent an e-mail and didn't hear back. Got a notification that my item was lost in the mail and that they would re-send, I told them them I didn't want that and just wanted a refund. I was ignored again. This cycle happened 3x until I threatened to get a lawyer involved then all of a sudden I get my item in the mail which turned out to be terrible quality.(2 months later btw) DON'T order anything from them!

Awful "company". Not based out of New York. Your items will come from China and your bank/cc charge will be from Singapore. If you get your items, they will probably not be what is listed online. They don't accept returns, unless you get some type of "exception" which will take over 2 months, and you will be required to front the bill for shipping back to China. My recommendation is if you have fallen into their marketing trap before researching what type of company they are, submit a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Your cc or bank should be able to withdraw the funds back to your account and then Alexia will come knocking to resolve the dispute. At least you will have your money back. I learned the hard way, too.

I wish I had seen this website before ordering. Such awful quality and when I tried to return my trousers as there was faulty stitching on the knee they said if I hadn’t reported it in 3 days there was nothing they would do. I thought this was against the law as the goods were faulty 😡😡😡

Terrible service and they do not reply to emails. I ordered a brush cleaner. It was shipped 2 weeks after ordering and took 2 months to arrive. It was supposed to be for a present but arrived 1 month after Christmas totally battered and bashed.

This company advertises on instagram and watch out-- TOTAL INTERNET SCAM.

IF YOU PAID VIA AMEX, YOU CAN AND SHOULD DISPUTE THE PAYMENT-- AND REPORT THEM AS SPAM ON INSTAGRAM. It only takes a few minutes.

If you haven't ordered, DO NOT! You will not receive a product that is anything remotely close to the photos shown in their photos-- instead, you will receive a piece of clothing that probably cost a dollar in the worst China street market with horrible quality, style, and an impossible fit for anyone. Even worse, you can only return if you mail it back to CHINA...

Disgusting. Such a scam. They advertise quality looking clothing and what arrive i wouldn’t use as rags to clean my house with. I reached out for a refund and of course they refuse. Honestly it’s too bad because it’s sham businesses like this that make me hesitate to order anything online. Should’ve known where it comes from....
