I ordered two wigs, and they look completely different than what i expected to receive. I tried to reach out to them, however they would not respond. I will never order from them again and would not recommend anyone to order from them. The wigs are not the quality of what was advertised, and they were supposed to be lace frontal wigs -NOT. The wigs look awful. No lace front, and the hair quality was just awful. I would not even buy this wig for a consume.

I have purchased wigs online for years and I've never had a bad experience until now. The wigs were rachet. Now one of them even remotely looked like the pictures. They started shedding as soon as they were taken out of the packages. I thought that this was a reputable company, but it is NOT. The color, texture, part in the middle instead of on the side, and small cap size was a joke. They initially refused to let me return for a refund, but later said that I could return it to an overseas address and pay the postage and the additional overseas duties and charges would be deducted from my refund. Not worth the aggravation for me. I'll just have to be satisfied with warning everyone not to purchase from them.

There is no way to not put a star without putting a review. This company use multiple names to sale their trashy wigs. They falsely advertise and will go back and forth with you through email making it seem the purchase you made was a mistake by you, the customer for purchasing the wrong order even though what they put in the description and title of the product is not what they will send you. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDRED!

DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS!! DO NOT BUY. FALSE ADEVERTISEMENT!! WIGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM ON THEIR SITE. I LOST OUT OF $94. PURCHASED 6 DAYS AGO AND WIGS WERE HORRIBLY TRASHY. LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THEY ADEVERTISE. THEY CUT COPY AND PASTE FROM OTHER SITES TO LURE CUSTOMERS. I TRIED TO GET A FULL REFUND, THEY OFFERED ME $25 😡 SLAP IN THE FACE. HOW CAN THEY EVEN OPERATE A BUSINESS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS? ALL CUSTOMERS WHO EVER BOUGHT FROM THEM SHOULD GET AN FULL REFUND ASAP AND BOYCOTT SHUT THIS FRAUDULENT PLACE DOWN!!!

I just received my order today from an order I placed on 12/11/2021. I ordered 4 wigs it was buy 2 get 2 free. All 4 should have been free. I pulled out each wig from the bag and was absolutely horrified at what I saw! These wigs are a hot mess!! I thought for sure this was a legitimate company because of a familiar YouTuber that was shown on their site. I am so angry and beyond disappointed! I'm normally on top of my game when it comes to scams, but I got got this time and now I'm out of $94!! Please be cautious and aware. Do your research which I wish I had done before ordering from this boot-leg site!!

I purchased swig from them; I received the wig on December3,2021. I was so excited; when I opened the packaging and took out the wig my face went from a smile to a frown. According to their directions I immediately emailed them my original order detail that I placed including the picture from the wig I received; they let me know due to weather conditions during shipments they’re not refunding me my money. The wig I received is horrible; please be very careful ordering from this site, you will not receive what you ordered and they do not follow their return policy.

The website seemed legit, as well as the ads on Pinterest and Facebook. I fell for it harder than a gold digger falls for a dying male millionaire.

I should have known something was fishy when every single review on the website was 5 Stars. No website is that darn perfect. Not to mention it took forever to receive them since they shipped from China.

The wigs I received were worse quality than a knockoff Barbie doll. Combing them was a nightmare. I've never disputed with PayPal before, but that looks like the route I'll have to take.

If you think the prices are too good to be true, it's because they are. This 'company' needs to have their ads removed from all social media platforms.

Terrible run around . Its a scam they emailed for two weeks not giving me the address I bought it via Paypal so will ask for a charge back refund as goods not as described .Its totally different.
To be scammed for 4 wigs for £98 is a bit gutting. AVOID like the plague. awful people

Very poor but overpriced items.Run away from them as the products sent are VASTLY different from the ones advertised. When you try to get a refund they do all they can not to refund you. Their products are of very poor quality

Do not buy. Wigs do not look like picture. The cap too small, the wigs looks like they came from a party store. Kept emailing asking for a return label/refund. About 6-7 times giving me the run around. Telling me to style it, it will look like the picture. Did not touch or style it. They said if it's damage when i send it back they will deduct it from my money. Well to ship it back cost on me plus they will say it was damage of course. It's not worth the pain. Please do not buy from this company it a FRAUD.

Ordered a wig from Aliciawig received a wig I didn't order contact them they said that's the wig I ordered and it's up to the customer to make it look like the wig I purchased

I really do wish I had read these reviews before buying. I bought 4 wigs in the buy 1 get one half price; thought I had a good deal only to scream when the wigs arrived. They're no where similar to those advertised on the website. Have been emailing back and forth with Judy Mitchell who seems to be taking me for a ride. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the buy one get one free offer. I noticed the payments was coming out in different amounts than the order. I had to cancel the card to keep them from robbing me.

Less than Zero experience, as with every review here I add: DO NOT BUY. The company takes advantage of us and we cannot let this happen. This site must come down as it exploits black women. I bought a horrible looking wig and paid expedited services to receive this unnatural product one month later and the request to return involved email from someone wanting me to “ Hello, since international transportation requires multiple inspections, the transportation time is longer. In order to avoid accidental loss of the package during transportation without compensation, please try to buy insurance for the package; or the returned package will be subject to customs inspection and customs duties, and the customer’s cooperation is required.” basically pay more to return this ridiculous item. Ladies please do not waste your money. Let’s get them off social media!

I wished I'd had seen these reviews before I had purchase these awful damn nappy wigs with no style. I have been emailing back and forth with Judy Mitchell for a refund receipt to return the items...she emails me some DYI instructions for a project on how to take care the wigs. That DYI was not in their policies. However, after 6-8 emails, the woman refuse to give me a refund she keeps trying to give "effective help," instead of a refund receipt. They're probably spending our money on better wigs for themselves. I will fine a way to get their tickery behinds back.

This company is WICKED!!! They show influencers REAL HAIR from YouTube and claim it’s their wigs. They take FOREVER to ship. The wigs look like a Halloween JOKE. They’re ripping off Black and Brown women and it’s wrong.
