DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! If they wanted me to look like Whitney Houston "OOOO I wanna dance with somebody", they should've just said that. What I received is nothing like what I ordered, NO WHERE CLOSE. You can see straight thru the wig, very cheaply made...they wrong for this mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY…WIGS ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT…I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS SENT TO ME AND THEY GIVE YOU A COMPLETE RUN AROUND FOR TRYING TO GET A REFUND…REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WIGS FROM THEM!!!

Shocked at the wigs received, I emailed seller for refund because they were not even close to what was advertised. False advertising! They were flimsy and bits fell off when I opened the parcel. Woman called Judy (probably not her name, said it will be squeezed and pulled during transportation. It is normal for some hair loss after arrival also that I should take care of the wig it will get better and dto deal with it. The audacity!!!
I've been back and forth with her and each time she comes up with more ludicrous excuses not to give refund. If she only works there, she needs to find another job. I've told them product is not as advertised, I am practicing my right as a consumer to request a refund. No success in the end I called her a mean b... that they all rot in hell. They deserve to. They don't intend to refund anyone. If I could flush wigs down the t.. I would because that's how bad they are.

So disappointed! They should not be allowed to advertise on various platforms as they are clearly not a reputable business. You send them money they send you trash.

This is BAD company. Thief. I ordered an advertising wig, I received my order today, and it’s a garbage wig, pure plastic. I need my money back ASAP.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company, the wigs I recieved was so far removed from what was advertised on the website I could have done it better myself blindfolded. What is advertised are beautiful natural looking lace front wigs but what I got was wigs with a harsh hairline, no lace front, what I could only described as a piece of hard plastic to represent the parting at the front of the wig not to mention the wig shed like crazy without me hardly touching it. I have been going back and forth with the seller to get a refund and said the wigs advertised is not what I recieved. Similar to what one of the previous reviews said the reply I got was "the wigs got squeezed during transportation,it will become beautiful like the picture when you style it" along with other emails showing no interest in addressing my concerns or issues but somehow making it my responsibility to make the wig look how it is meant to.
Funny how on their website they have not one bad review, every review is 5 stars?????
Don't waste your money, Aliciawigs is out to fool us and profit from it.

I bought this because the hair and curls looked so pretty in the ad. I did not read the reviews before I bought them. when they arrived, I was saddened to see that hair nor the part resembled the ad. The hair looks just like baby doll hair and when I tried to get my money back, the representative's crazy answer was, "Put water on it because of how it was packaged". Keep your money and spread the word through Social Media. They need to be stopped.

I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. The items sold are not as described/ advertised on the website. If you have had the misfortune of paying by PayPal the refund process is very long winded. You can claim the cost of resending the items back via PayPal. I used parcel2Go to send back the items I ordered as this was the cheapest courier in the uk. Return cost £15 as opposed to £30 which other couriers were charging. Hope this helps other people who have have been duped by this company !

Worst hair ever !!!!I repeat do not waste your money on this company. You won’t even want your pet to wear this hair. If you ask for a refund they will try so hard not to give it to you or offer you peanuts. This site is a joke. I don’t write bad reviews normally but I had to for this Aliciawigs.

Yes I to wish I could give 0 stars or less! The wigs they show advertised are DEFINITELY NOT what they send.

I agree with the other poor ratings. They are a complete fraud. What they just shipped to me is nothing compared to what I ordered. I cannot even put it on my head. It is not the texture on the model they used and they tell me I have to process it to make it look like what was advertised. I will be logging a dispute with PayPal. I wish I read these reviews earlier

This site is a scam. They advertise wigs that are completely different to what is sent. It is impossible to get a refund as you are discouraged to send the wig back because the shipping is expensive requested and the customer pays.

Don't believe a thing you see on their website. The wigs they use for advertising are not the ones that show up on your doorstep, and you'll have a devil of a time trying to get them refunded or returned. I'm currently waiting to get my refund a week after returning the shoddy wigs I was sent (and I had to pay return costs to CHINA), and this is after almost a month of back & forth emails within which they lied over and over again and tried to get me to accept their substandard products. If by any chance you do end up parting with your money, make sure you go through PayPal which offers you buyer protection. But if you can avoid, them - AVOID.

I definitely won't be purchasing anything else from this site. The wigs look nothing like the ones advertised on the model.

They took the pictures off of a site, for front lace wigs on Amazon. They went by another name, in 2020, and I see they have changed to aliciawigs, now. I fought them, as best I could, through the end of last year. Even the addresses to get in contact, with them, are bogus. You will not be able to get in contact with them. They are getting rich off if selling these - less than cheap, wigs. I opened a dispute on my PayPal account. They offered to pay me back $26, of the - almost $80, that I had paid. The wigs, were so bad, I, almost fainted. They stalled me, and acted like they didn't get all my messages, until PayPal ended the dispute. The wigs aren't worth, even, looking at, folks. Listen these reviews. PLEASE!!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the pics. There's a reason, they, only want $29, for the damn things.

DO NOT BUY!!! This company is a scam! They advertise these pretty wigs but then they send you a crappy product. What I received looked nothing like the wigs that were advertised. The wigs were so badly made that I wouldn’t even put them on my dog. They are paying women to make fraudulent videos of their wigs on YouTube but you will not receive the same product. Save your money.

I FELL FOR IT! PLEASE DO NOT! I did not read the reviews in time but it is a SCAM!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE!! I have tried on Pinterest already!!!! No no no no !!!! I will never fall for the cheap scam again😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫
