I ordered a wig off of their website and automatically my bank declined the transaction. I used a debit card. I didn’t think much about it or try to pay using Pay Pal. This morning I woke up with an alert from Pay Pal. I didn’t authorize the transaction and declined. I then received a call from the fraud department of my bank. They tried to run my card several times and then tried to use my Pay Pal account. Needless to say the bank stopped my debit card and issued another one. This site is a scam

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews first. I, too, received what looks great a dead animal. Not the same color, style that I ordered. After 8 emails found out I can't return it. Gave me $17...big deal. Do not buy from this site.

Ordered 2 “beautiful” silver wigs and received 2 of the UGLIEST wigs with the worst quality, looks and feels like cheap doll hair, clumps fell out when opened, and arrived 5 weeks late. Learned my lesson, out 70 bucks, and will buy american made from now on. I am disappointed to see that they used other companies pictures to show their work. Just wanted to let other people know that they WILL be disappointed and will lose money.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. I received the wigs, they were both wrong. I emailed the company 3 times to let them know the wigs were NOTHIG like I ordered and asked for the return shipping address, I received NO response. I finally received a return email to my 3rd email. and I was advised that the company intentionally sent me the wrong wigs, and they asked me to be patient!, all the while they still have not returned my money nor have they provided a return shipping address. I have now sent 4 emails requesting a return shipping address and a complete refund. They are a complete scam! very disappointed in their lack of integrity, and customer care. As of today, I have not received my refund, this is going on 3 weeks. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY!

I agree with so many of you. If there was a negative 5 star rating - this would be it. I ordered 2 wigs. They are not the style or the color I ordered. They are NOT the wigs pictured on their website. They look horrible on - I agree with another viewer - I paid $80 for 2 Halloween costume wigs. they took over a month to get here. Seriously? Most companies shipping from China get my order to me within a week. I'm not even going to contact the company after reading all the reviews. Sounds like a huge hassle, and not worth it. I wish these reviews were actually on their website, but I'm sure they are not publishing any of those. Fraudulent company. Never, ever, ever, ever again!!!!!

I have a similar story: Ordered two wigs, promised to deliver in 5-7 days, never showed up after 60 days, emailed the company that always told me to be patient, and got some very strange package not from this company that contained two of the ugliest wigs I have ever seen, so thought this must be a mistake. I guess the package from Jon, 2352 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn AL, 36830 has something to do with Kamiwigs. I ordered two blonde wigs, and got two hideous wigs that were brown and one gray. They are too ugly to donate. What a sorry company! My loss: $64. This Chinese company is making lots of money off unsuspecting Americans. Never again. American made from now on!

ZERO RATING!! I wish TrustPilot would let us ad pictures...these wigs I purchased from Kami Wigs are the most hideous things I have ever seen! Someone compared them to Halloween costume wigs, you couldn’t even use these for that! The rule is “if it sounds too good it’s probably a scam”...well shame on us especially ME who bought four! $200.00. worth of garbage I can’t even mop floors with. AND, TO ADD SALT TO THE WOUND... I paid an extra $20.00 for expedited shipping (7-10 days) on March 16, they were delivered June 28! All my emails are sent back to me saying “email customer service at this address...” which I do, only for that to get emailed back to me saying the same thing but with a new email addy, 8 times so far! So reading all the other complaints, I DOUBT I will get any $$ back, BUT I LEARNED A VERY BIG LESSON! Don’t buy anything online until you TrustPilot the company. That’s how I found wig outlet.com!

I wouldn’t even give this company half a star if I could.I received a completely different item after waiting several weeks for delivery. After reporting to them I received the wrong item I got the rather unusual instructions to send picture, etc. I then read the reviews and was very surprised and disappointed at what I read. This company is based in China but I have ordered items from everywhere in the world and these instructions were completely out of line. After many emails and realizing the hopelessness of getting a full refund and paying more money to return the item, I advised them I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and that I had disposed of the wig. I then received an email stating the error was theirs after all and was offered a refund of $8.98 for a $44.00 wig and I need not return the wig which I had already disposed of anyway. I emailed this company to do as they damn well please but please stop emailing me or I will report them for harassment. Please ladies save yourself some grief and money and find a reputable company to deal with. The price may sound good but chances are you will not get what you ordered. I have trouble walking due to three back surgeries and still have a chronic back problem so I do all my shopping online out of necessity, even groceries, and I am telling you DO NOT DEAL with this company. There are agencies that have this company on their watch list so PLEASE BEWARE! Also, being based in China I do not know if US agencies can do anything about them, but you can! Avoid at all costs Kami Wigs!

HORRIBLE company, nonexistent customer service, worst wigs ever. DO NOT BUY from them. Took over 30 days to receive order, incorrect items sent, emailed back and forth repeatedly with company, finally opened dispute with Paypal (also not very helpful). Had to pay $55 to return items to CHINA (got $30 back from Paypal) and now the package is sitting in China- undelivered. Now am dealing with both company and paypal asking for same documentation I've sent several times.

I too give it a zero. The wig I ordered was not the wig I got. Terrible quality and didn't fit right at all. I emailed them telling them why I wanted to return it and asking them how to return it. More than a week later, I got an email back telling me to send them photos of this, that and the other. I took photos and sent them back. Several weeks later, I received a reply saying they were sorry about my frustration and disappointment, but they needed to know why I didn't like the wig. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? JUST TELL ME HOW TO RETURN IT. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought it. DO NOT DEAL WITH NTHIS COMPANY!

I would give it actually 0 stars. Worst piece of crap I have ever purchased. It took nearly two months (ad states 7-12 days) and it was no where near what I ordered. NEVER EVER BUY HERE - SCAM

Do not order these. Sounds like a great deal but orders are never received. Email responds "caught in customs, etc"... Obviously not true. Should not be allowed to advertise

Do not order from here. This company should be shut down. Had to make a claim with PayPal and after 6 months I finally got a refund. Only problem is that I did finally get a return shipping address from the company before I contacted PayPal- it took me about 20 emails to finally get a return address. It cost me $65.00 to send 7 wigs back. They refused the shipment and returned it to me with no further correspondence. So that’s why I contacted PayPal and filed a claim. This company offered me $20, then $50 and finally $90 for 7 of the ugliest most useless wigs I have ever seen. None were the right color or the correct wig. I paid $197 for the wigs and they refused to refund my money. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from here. I requested that PayPal stop doing business with them. Such scammers.

Took 7 weeks to arrive, then found they sent a wrong wig ... lots of email run-around ... wanted me to keep wrong wig for partial refund ... refused to provide pre-paid return shipping .... QUIT WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS! I just got off the phone with my credit card company which is refunding 100% of my loss. Visa and PayPal apparently have a file on these folks, for the credit is permanent and Visa didn't even require copies of my correspondence!

If there was a ZERO Stars that would be my review. DO NOT ORDER from KAMI WIGS this Company IS A RIP OFF. They say shipping is 7-10 days, it took a month, and I didn't even need to open the package to see how crappy the quality was. Then they took too long to respond to my request to return it, and hard the never to say it was "The Customers Problem" as to why I was returning, and wanted me to pay $20 to return a $40 wig. WHAT A SCAM.

These wigs are CRAP! If u want a refund FORGET IT! They offered me 40 percent and said keep them. I told them this was not acceptable. I returned them to China via USPS. That cost almost $30. It’s been over 2 months now. I keep emailing them asking for verification that they have received them. They will not reply nor have I received my refund of $90!! I sincerely hope that they go out of business just from bad reviews!

This is the worst company to deal with. I have to consider it a loss. If I had known that it came from China, I wouldn't have purchased it. The quality of the wig was terrible it was an all-round bad experience it took forever to get here and when it did get here it was not at all what I had paid for. SOOO disappointed never again.

Well where do I being, my word of advise DONT EVEN OPEN KAMIS WIGS APP. TURN BACK YOU DONT WANT TO EVEN LOOK WHAT PRODUCTS THEY OFFER BECAUSE YOU MORE THAN LIKELY WILL NOT RECIEVE WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU ORDERED THEY MAKE PICTURES WONDERFUL BUT ITS NOT GOING TO BE WHAT YOU ORDERED. I EVEN DID A 3-7 DAY SHIPPING AND YES YOU QUESSED IT THAT DIDNT HAPPEN EITHER. SO NOW I WANTING TO RETURN MY 80 DOLLAR AND YES THEY MAKE RETURNING MORE DIFFICULT THAT GETTING YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE TIMELY MANNER AT WHICH I PAID FOR. NO OFFERS ON MAKING THAT GOOD WITH THE CUSTOMER.

Worst company ever. Wig received was nothing like the picture. No one to contact to get your money back!!! Total scam!!!

I agree with every bad review here. I ordered 3 wigs and they all looked like they came from a costume shop. The quality was horrible and the band for the sizing hook was sewn shut. I luckily declined the charge on my card because I could not get a response from their email link. I can't imagine what kind of company this is because I now notice that they use other wig company's pictures. I am doing everything in good faith to return the wigs but no one responds with a return address to my email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
