This is a TOTAL SCAM! The totally ridiculous looking P.O.S**t they sent me looks like it came from a HALLOWEEN STORE!! This Kami Wig CO. IS STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC AND SENDING YOU, THE BUYER—NOTHING THAT RESEMBLES WHAT YOU ORDERED!! NOW I WILL DO EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO REPORT YOUR SCAM BUSINESS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ASAP!!

What a total rip off! The wig was huge, had no instructions as to styling, cleaning or how to even put the thing on. It looks like something out of a Groucho Marx movie. Then, they told me to return it ONLY to an address they provided, which is not the address on the sent label, which is Jamaica NY, and they demanded it be sent to---China at a cost of $20 USD! Then they offered to refund $20 and I keep the thing. AND the transaction was noted as "business expense" and "consulting service"

DON'T DO IT!

Total Rip-off - If you read their disclaimer it says that the customer will only be charged once for shipping (including returns). Yet they offer me 25% refund and state it will cost me more to return it. Not happening baby! I will fight them tooth and nail to get my refund - do not order from them.

If there was a zero rating I would have rated Kamiwigs that. Wish I had found this website before I ordered. A couple weeks ago I went to their website and found a wig I liked then changed my mind. I couldn't navigate out of their website so I figured I would be able to immediately cancel the order like other online stores offer so I purchased it. NOPE no option! Within minutes I sent them an email cancelling the order then I send another one just to make sure they got it the first one. They are in China and they did send an email the following day. (the 1st email was in Chinese.) Guess they realized I was in the US. They said the ordered had shipped. Keep in mind I sent emails within minutes. After a bunch of back and forth I decided to just wait and maybe I would get lucky and like it. I considered disputing my purchase and wish I had done that. What I received was nothing but crap! Wrong everything! Color, style etc. It's so bad I'd be embarrassed to even donate it to someone going through chemo. Shame on these scam companies!!!

Today, September 13, 2019, I have received a wig from Kami Wigs
on exactly 12th day per Kami previously stated date.
When I opened the package, to my surprise I found a brown wig
(longer length)? number HG21821459XBJ and not the wig by me ordered - KAMI 072 Smooth Chin Length Straight Bob Wig for Ladies

I wish to return it but the contact email, reply@emailcxscom it brought me to other areas of their sites. At this point, I don't know
what I am supposed to do. Alternative, lose $39.84.

Well, well.... If this doesn’t sound like that scam crap I had about 2 years ago, but back with a different name. The so called wig place I ordered from was called “Ho wigs!” I purchased 3 wigs from them. They smelled horrible, the hair was atrocious. NOTHING like I ordered! Be damned if I didn’t go back and fourth with them for several months, for a full refund, which they were not going to hear of. I got back 1/2 of what I spent. You get 10,000 different names of people you text to. Not a good address to deal with either.
All I can say is , I Pray you scammers get caught and dealt with! This is a Chinese set up.... Trust me... Not good!!!!!!! You People are disgusting!!!!

I, like the other reviewers, wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I purchased 3 wigs, paid express shipping, and after several texts finally received them today - 3 weeks later. I should have left it alone. I wouldn't wear either of these wigs anywhere. Nothing like shown, red instead of brown, and they even have a funky smell. DON'T waste your money on this trash!

Well have been fighting with Kami wigs for my refund still.JERKS..they offered me 20 .46 back but still havent even done that..Very shady Crooked sight

Highly dissatisfied, I did not receive the wig I ordered, exceptionally bad quality wig. KAMI should have sent return label, instead I either had to spend $20 to return to China or except the 50% refund. I am very upset especially it’s not even close to the one I paid for. Charlotte

After waiting for over two weeks to receive my order I could not be more disappointed!! This "thing" is a piece of junk! Buyer beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered -- could've saved myself the trouble. They will not refund or even provide a return address for the ridiculous excuse of a wig they sent me. They show photos of brand name items, but it isn't what they're actually selling. "Teresa" responded to my complaints by admitting the item photo was misleading (she actually put that in writing!), but insisted I keep the item and they would agree to refund 8.95 of my money. My credit card company is providing a refund. Again, I have to advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would. This company is a scam. The wigs they advertise look nothing like what you receive. Having Raquel Welch or a look alike wearing them is absurd. I opened an issue with Paypal to get my refund. They offered me 50% return, but I do not want this wig in my presence. This wig is only good for the trash. They want me to return it to china, but wig came from Jamaica NY. Also that was the return address it gave.

I ordered a Raquel wig. The one I received was red not blonde and not as advertised. They acknowledged the problem, but wouldn't Return my money. I learned my lesson and would never recommend this company to anyone.

KAMI WIGS... BUYER BEWARE this website KAMIWIGS.COM sells very low quality wigs.They have extremely poor customer service and will rip you off if you try to return a wig. In my opinion stay as far away from this site as possible.
Again BUYER BEWARE.

I wish I'd checked reviews outside of Kamiwigs before I purchased their wigs. I received two that look nothing like what I ordered or was advertised. They refused to refund me the entire amount. The wigs are sent from Open Borders Logistics in Kentucky but I would have had to return the wigs to China, which according to them, would cost me $20. Please note: Their CONTACT US info has no phone number or physical address. That should be a red flag right there. Also Tazwigcloset warns of wig companies using her advertisements (also Raquel Welch's advertisements) as their own--which is what happened with the two wigs I bought from Kamiwigs. Bad business. Stay away!

Ordered a cute blond shoulder length wig. I received a long curly grey wig worthy of the trash!! Will not refund your money!! They are a scam and the wigs they show in their pictures are NOTHING even close to what you will receive!!

These wigs look NOTHING like the online representation. Kamiwigs.com ought to be ashamed of themselves.

These wigs look like something one would wear on Halloween.

I simply want my money back of $72 and change.
