This company doesn't deserve the tip of one point of a star. Unfortunately, I ordered before checking reviews...Whatever you do... do not order from this company! After reading the reviews I wrote and cancelled my order within 30 minutes. They shipped my unwanted order anyway - three daya later! They are dishonest and the products are not as described! They will lie and tell you they never received the returned merchandise which I spent $25 to return to China! They don't even care I threatened to write as many terrible reviews I can possibly do. Worst purchase...EVER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM !!!!
Waited two months for a wig I did not order. Would not allow me to return it. Would not refund my $$. The company is a total ripoff.
I've sent a complaint to Better Business Bureau and would suggest you do also if burned. NEVER buy from China unless buying through Amazon who will refund your money. Also will write to the Federal Trade Commission - this company should not be allowed to sell in the
USA.

I waited 3 weeks and still do not have either of the 2 wigs I ordered. I complained to paypal but the seller did not answer. I tried to escalate the complaint but paypal did not respond.

Now I am out almost $100 and never received any wigs either.

This is theft.

It took over one month to receive the Pixie Cut Blond wig. When I opened the package today, it was a GRAY wig. Now I have to figure out how to return it to China and get my $$ back. Do not order from this company

Do not order from this Kami wigs, if you notice no phone # and I had to dispute through my PayPal and they finally sent me a email through them and ask me to be patient, I don't think so its been 3 weeks they did send me a tracking number and its somewhere in China.
Fool me once but not 2 times Vogue wigs are super and very honest company to deal with,I have ordered from them 2 times and very satisfied. I f its too good to be true ,its a scam and they should be shut down,Kami wigs is a scam,.

I ordered a wig more than 3 months ago . It has not arrived and cannot get anyone to respond

You won’t get the wig you ordered.
And you differently won’t get a refund.
It’s a shame that a company can take advantage, mostly of ladies going through chemo, who really need a wig to get strength and confidence.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but I had no choice. I spent $197 on 7 wigs. Each one of them was garbage and the colors are totally off. I emailed them several times before they ever got back with me. I want to return all of them. They give you the run around and refuse to pay to return ship them. They even admitted to me that their advertising and description of the wigs is deceptive! They offered me a $38 credit to keep the wigs, then offered $58 and their final offer was $97. Terrible customer service!!no phone number or supervisor to speak with and you have to ship to China not where they were sent from. Scammers! These wigs are horrible. Less than costume quality. The parts on 3 of them are sewn ridiculous and there is no way you could wear them or fix them to make them look halfway decent. Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. It’s going to cost me $60 or more to ship these back. Uggggggg. Mistake and I learned to never order from China or this company again. I will update this after they receive my return. Never worn these wigs or tried them on so they are exactly what I received and I hope they don’t try to say I damaged them.

I ordered 2 wigs about 10 days ago. Both Pixie Cuts short with a frosted look and a dark root showing.. I obviously did not read these reviews until now after the fact.

I hope it's either correct or close to the one I ordered and I hope and pray that they are the right color.

Going through Chemo is the worst now you have to worry about them being Legit....If it comes incorrectly I will be immediately contact my bank for a refund....

I would of given them a zero but couldn't. I ordered a wig & it was NOTHING like I ordered. The color was wrong, the cut was wrong. I contacted them & said it would cost me $20.00 to send it back, why? I not only didnt get my full money back, I got $ 12.28 instead!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Cant be trusted. Very angry.

Terrible company. They send the wrong wigs and they won’t give you an address to return it within 14 days. They want you to keep the wig & give you eight dollars and something. They are a total scam company. Better business bureau needs to get involved with this

Horrible never again. The wig they had on their site was a different color I got a platinum blond lacecap you can see right through the cap right to my scalp and hair it is a disgrace it's a rag do not buy from these people it is a total scam I get the package and the paperwork inside says do not return to the address that's on the label it's not our address and you'll have to get in touch with us to return but no other information do not buy from these people the wig is a joke.

Total scam - the wig they advertised is actually a cropped photo they stole from another site. Found the reviews seconds after I ordered, again, tried to cancel, and even though tracking showed it was processing, they said it had shipped and told me not to return it as the return address on the package was not correct, but wouldn't even give me an accurate return address. What arrived, as described by others looked like something a kid would buy in a halloween store - not remotely like what was ordered in style, color - nothing. I successfully disputed and cancelled the charge on my credit card thru my bank, though I had to cancel card and get a new one so they couldn't just send in another charge.

Terrible experience all around! Took over two weeks to receive the wig which was supposed to be blond and was an ugly shade of gray! Good luck in trying to return it. The customer service phone number on their website is incorrect. I sent the wig back to the address they gave me and it came back to me saying it was not their merchandise!! Very frustrating and totally unprofessional. Forget getting a refund!! I feel completely scammed with a capital S!! Buyer beware!! Do NOT order a wig from Kami wigs!! They should be put out of business!!

SCAM!!! BEWARE!! I am not usually so careless in my purchases, making it a point to research new merchants. But as others have said, it appeared to be linked to Amazon. Not! I can only repeat the shameful story as everyone else. The wig was a complete piece of trash. I ordered a brown chin-length bob wig and got a bright orange toupee! In spite of the "100% refund if not fully satisfied" guarantee, they offered 20%, then 30%, then finally 50%. They could only be contacted through email, and the facebook link is phony. I filed a dispute of the charges with my bank, and they gave me full credit. If only reviews could be posted to their Web site!! ZERO stars.

I don’t even want to give them one star! This company is relentless in their practices! They even admitted their website is misleading! My credit card company was able to REFUND my purchase price! They are up to 25% refund and going! This is just funny now! What really upset me, they want a POSITIVE REVIEW to be posted! LOL Oh and they expect me to pay for an order that was totally incorrect in COLOR AND STYLE!!! Not paying for something I didn’t order! I suggest too DONATE THEM, no response!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered, horrible customer service , they never told me the wig I ordered was not in stock. According to their website you can cancel if it hasn't been shipped yet they don't honor that . The wig is absolutely awful looking , it's nothing like the picture including the color.

I was sent to the site from amazon but thought I was still on amazon when I ordered. It took forever to get my package and the items looked NOTHING like the photos or as described. Fake colors and didn’t fit. Went to return the order and they acknowledged misleading website but wanted to bargain by offering my a 20% then 30 and finally a 50% refund and to keep the product that I have no use for. Had to dispute thru my bank

My mistake for not reading the reviews about this fraud company! What a SCAM! Will be reporting them! Good thing out of all this is, is that I found a company that has good, natural looking and quality wigs!

I would give this company a 00 if I could! They sent the wrong color wig and admitted it then offered me a discount to keep it because they didn't want me to return it, however I said I did not want it because it wasn't at all close to my hair color or the color I ordered. Now they are telling me I have to pay $20 to return a $39 wig! I am refusing to pay the shipping since it was their error. I told them I will dispute it with my credit card company. This is a Chinese company that does not understand how business works in this country, They will not survive doing business in the US at this rate. Good riddens!
