Absolutely horrible experience. I thought this was shop was professional but they are FAR from that. I returned my order and waited 2 weeks for my refund. They never refunded my order, I never received a confirmation that was my return was even received. I emailed the 4 times and the last email, I was told that their billing system was undergoing maintenance and that my refund was already processing (complete BS)..they said they would email me back when it was processed and they never did. Had to open a credit card dispute...will NEVER purchase anything from this website again!! FRAUDS!!

Do not purchase from them!! Like others have said, when you return your items, they will NOT refund you back!!! I emailed them 4 times and the last email said, “We are terribly sorry for the delay, the Billing System was under maintenance but rest assured that your refund was already being issued. I will update you within 24 hours once the refund was successfully processed.” It has been a week and no one got back to me. I had to open a dispute with my cc! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrible customer service returned as instructed i tracked it then emailed them They said they didn't receive it yet I then screen shot it was delivered to them 3 days prior. Then they said oh yeah sorry in 3 days you should see your refund if not email us. I emailed them 4xs since yesterday and nothing. And the dress boning in chest area they say you dont meed a bra , complete bullshit its see through and no support and the dress was not cheap. So disappointed

I purchased a dress over a month ago and never received it. When I reached out, they refused to provide a refund and then blocked me on Instagram. Very unprofessional experience—I do not recommend ordering from them.

My dress purchase to an event was positive as well as the communication with company was a live reply even after hours. I felt my concerns as a costumer were level up, and honored from the complain moment.
The return was super easy as long as the instructions were followed with their guideline like any other store. I know there are many companies looking to gain costumers. This company won me!, I like style, and difference I am pretty sure this is not another mall dress. I like the difference. I have my own seam dressers and can do my clothing. But who has time today a day?.
The pictures always are going to have a special difference specially because of the lightning. I will recommend to mesure your body and read all comments for accurate results, Only one comment from my part made the difference.
I am 5'2 consider the models are not petite size, and the sizes are regular woman not for small ladies. Maybe small adjustment at the dry cleaners hems perhaps.
But the material, stiches, zipper presentations, and attention to costumer were a unique experience.
For that a five start.
Many can find worse results in other sites. I wish the best to this company.

I had the initial online reluctance/skepticism to purchase from Aliava but sooo glad I did. I have now ordered a few pieces and every single item has exceeded my expectations on quality, it has been lined, and when I needed to return for size, etc. Their return process was quick, service-oriented, and efficient. i ordered a dress back in September 2024 large, it was too small. I still haven't received my refund or credit. I ordered another dress on February 2025 I ordered it XL AND IT DIDNT FIT. It was smaller than the large.
I will never order anything else again the sizes are too small. I hope i get my refund soon. The worst thing about it they don't have a phone to be reached.

Five stars! Dress was beautifully made and I ordered a size small as I am 5’4 and 120 lbs and it fit perfectly. It came in a nice box not a shipping bag. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Alieva went above and beyond to help me. I was part of the wedding and needed the dress as soon as possible, they were so kind to ship the dress via next day delivery. I received the dress quickly and the quality was exceptional.

I bought a dress and it was too tight. Returning and receiving a refund or credit has been a terrible experience. At first they kept saying they never received it. Then finally they did and stated I would get a refund or credit. No further correspondence from them and I am very disappointed and feel I've been scammed.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with in a very long time. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on their site. The color was off and it looked like it had been sewn by a 7th grader. I tired to return/exchange it and they refused, because it was on sale (yet still expensive). Even though the dress I bought was in from the section that could be exchanged (sent to me by Yan, the person who I went back and forth with 20 times), they refused. Once I started researching Alieva, I learned that I’m one of MANY customers who have been bamboozled by them. It is now my mission to warn the world of this deceitful company so no one else is out $$$ and stuck with their cheap and sloppy dresses. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a dress in early May, dress did not fit, I returned it and I’m still waiting for the exchange card from Alieva. I need my $225 back; it’s impossible to make a return from the website. Horrible company

Their dresses are honestly beautiful. I fell in love with one dress, however it arrived way too small. I am an XL in some dresses but this dress fit like a L. I had to ask for a refund. They received my item on May 23rd, however, by June 4th I still had not received a refund. Come to find out they hadn’t even processed it! They told me they processed it on June 4th. It is now June 10th and still nothing.

The fact that they get to charge you for return shipping and still mess with your money like this is absolutely ridiculous to me! This experience has put me off for life, I would have been willing to give them another shot even with the size discrepancy but now I am totally turned off by this company. I suggest y’all go elsewhere to find a dress!
