Horrible return policy. Clothes suck and fit badly

i purchased a dress in my normal size and it was awkward, i figured i needed to size up and i did. i received the dress and it looks nothing like the picture. it’s not wearable because there are two holes at the breast area. i’m 5’0 and the dress is so short i can’t even walk in it if i want damaged. i asked for a full refund and was told i could only get a store credit for a damaged item. I left a review on the site and they didn’t even post it. very fraudulent company.

This company only publishes reviews rated 4 stars or higher. I gave it 3 stars because the "KAYLA DUPIONI PUFF SLEEVE MINI DRESS" lacks boning in the bra area, which is disappointing considering its $285 price tag. There should have been some form of structure at that price point. It's worth exploring other websites. Utilize Google Images, Pinterest, and Instagram for more insights. Research reviews on returns here and on the BBB before making a decision. Overall, the product doesn't justify its cost due to its lack of quality. The date of the experience reflects the order placement date.

I have ordered two dresses and the quality is outstanding. Even with free delivery, one of the dresses was delivered next day and the other the 2nd working day. They did fit me perfectly around the waist and hips but not chest, and this was the only reason I've sent them back. Customer service, again, impeccable. They informed me the return was received and I've had a full refund in my bank account within 2 days.
I've read some of the negative reviews about returns and refunds. They very clearly state on their website that returns are at your own expense, they give suggestions on which courier service you should use and that sale items are not eligible for refund but a gift card to use on a different item. All info is there for customers to make an informed decision. I also liked that they send you a note making you aware to not soil the garment with make up/fake tan when trying on and not tamper the tags. To me this shows good quality control as I wouldn't want to receive a dress that's not in perfect condition if someone else tried it on previously. I will order a 3rd and final dress which has cup size and I'm confident it will fit me perfectly!

I visited your clinic a while back, and unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the experience. Upon my arrival, the reception asked me to sit. Dr. Catherine Bacus came to the reception shortly after and instructed me to weigh myself in front of other patients waiting in the reception area. Going on the scale in the reception!!! This made me feel uncomfortable and exposed. Subsequently, I was asked to wait while Dr. Catherine went into her office, and she came back and handed me a form for a blood test. The entire process, from weighing to receiving the blood test form, took less than 3 minutes, and I was charged.

To say the least, this was the worst experience I've had at a weight loss center. I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and the lack of privacy during the initial process was disconcerting. Moreover, the swift transition between tasks left me questioning the quality of the service provided. I am unsure why there is positive talk about Dr. Catherine, as my experience with her was extremely unprofessional. I expected a more thorough and personalized consultation, especially considering the nature of the services offered by your center. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return.

Great collections, great items. I love my Dasha dress, everyone in the party liked it. You have to note though that they have non refundable items tagged as sale items but you can still return them for a stre credit to avail other items. Would recommend, their customer service is straightforward yet accommodating, I love the honestly.

This is the first time I have ever ordered from you (order#120796 $299.25 and #120795 $351.75 totaling $651.00) and they did not arrive but when I track the package UPS tracking Number 1ZXY73360290778683 it says it was delivered. It was not, as I work from home and was home all day. I expect a response in 24 hours with a resolution.

WHAT A TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas, and the zipper was damaged when she opened it. It was beyond the short return window, but still expected that they might exchange it due to the damage being their fault. They would not exchange it. Now we have an unusable $275 dress. I would not purchase from them again. If you want to buy high-end clothing, go to a high-end store. And it appears from the other reviews they excel and lack of customer service.

DO NOT buy from this website I spent 185 USD in shipping costs to UK and UPs have asked me for a further £110 to receive the items. Customer service has not resolved it and I’m left 600 USD out of pocket with no dresses and the delivery company requesting a further £110 from me. please don’t buy from here!

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered dresses with sizes I typically wear and they were TINY. I was careful not to remove the labels that stated that would void my option to return. I spent almost $600 and this was my first experience with this company. I went to return the dresses and they say they will only give me a store credit.

Terrible return policy for products I had to order online. It is not like I had the chance to try these on (like I would in a store), then just change my mind.

If you sell clothing online like this, whether it is ‘on sale’ or not, your return policy should allow people to return something if it doesn’t work for them or sizing is WAY OFF like this was.

Needless to say, after seeing the sizing issues I would NOT want to shop from them ever again. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

Dresses are expensive but quality is cheap. Ordered a nearly $300 dress and got poorly seen cheap material. Will never order from them again

My opinion about this company has changed drastically. I have contacted them over 5 times trying to return a dress that is too small. I have not received any comment from them. I want my money back for an overpriced dress. Don’t order from this company!!

my experience with Alieva. The company has refunded my money. I am satisfied with their response.
I will consider ordering from the company again.
Because I have had to return 2 items that were either too big or too small, I would suggest doing something to ensure the product size is accurate!

I paid over $400 for a dress and a necklace. Both items were very poorly made, the $300 dress, I could see my whole butt through it. I purchased the dress for a wedding, and the worst is, they only give store credit. I rather loose the money I spent then shop there again.

I knew when I saw that yellow ribbon, the material would be poor quality.

Stay away form this company. I don't understand how they are still in business.

I purchased a dress for my wedding and it was shipped to a wrong address. The dress was privy and I want my money back since I never received the dress. I contacted them and they said they can’t do anything this is frustrating and sad because I have to go and purchase a new wedding dress.

Poor customer service - bought a dress, tried it and their size chart is way off then they won't let you return. Quality was also poor and item looked cheap. No more purchases here! They won't stay in business long with no care for customers.

I purchased a $70 chain link belt from them. I had been eyeing this accessory for months and finally decided to purchase it to wear for a special event. I received the belt today and the quality is poor and feels so cheap! I was expecting something heavier and vibrant. What a waste of my hard earned money. DO NOT purchase anything from this company

Paid in full and The dress never came after a month they even forgot to send it, after 1-1/2 months the red dress came it did not fit and the materials used was very poor quality, returned the dress after they agreed to give us a full credit and than returned the same dress, and no phone number to call.
Do not buy from here!

This is an edit of the review I posted last week. They sent me the wrong item and I initially had a problem with Customer Service. They were giving me the run around. But, I sent the item back and they have promptly responded by sending me the correct item. I believe that whatever the issue was with Customer Service may have been looked into and straightened out. I'm glad because I do like their clothing and am happy with the quality and the fit. So I'm upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars.
