I would prefer to give zero stars . Customer service is horrible . They do not honor returns. They will make up excuses as to not refund you your money and they do not reply to concerns. Do Not order from this company!!!

I ordered a dress and belt. The dress wasn't so bad but the chain link gold belt was plastic and was 60 dollars. When I tried to send back and get a return label (within 6 days from arrival of package) the response from the company was that could not issue a return because my items were on sale. I did not see them as on sale and the whole order for this cheap outfit was 270 dollars. They will only issue a store credit. Very disappointed with that response and I would rather keep the items then return for a credit to an online vendor with such unethical business practices. BeWARE.

This dress is terrible. I’m a petite female with a small frame. I could barely get my arm in the dress. Also the dress seemed stretched out at the top because it kept rolling down in the back exposing the white Alieva tag. Also the hook on the side wouldn’t stay close. Am I a 38D so I have enough to keep the dress up but it continued to roll down in the back. Ruined my event …….didn’t go because I knew a medium would fit and I didn’t have a back up. Day ruined. Thanks

Please do not buy anything from this company!! They appear reputable but are not. The sizing is all Chinese sizing and very small! I ordered an outfit and waited to try it on closer to the event date. It was way too small and when I tried to exchange it, they said it was past their 30 day window, which was NOT on the receipt.
$200 wasted… do not buy anything from here. I waited a whole year bc the item was on back order!!!

My experience with ALIEVA was good overall. Despite I did not like the item that I ordered, they were very diligent send it me the info for the return process. There were not issues with my refund and I got my money back.

They stole my money.. this is the kind of hit or miss kind of website.. be warned.. I ordered a dress since March 26,2022.. weeks later I'm still emailing about my $300 refund.. . If you don't mind losing money take your chances,h however you've been warned.. Alieva is a scam to steal your money

I ordered two dresses both in different sizes To make sure I got a good fit both dresses came in cut 100% wrong in the bodice the top half needs to be adjusted immensely to correct the wrong cut and stitch performed from the factory. I believe they take seconds and sell them as 1st quality. Which is not the case that they are first quality. Waiting to hear back from company regarding sending another dress that is inspected before it shipped and made correctly. I will follow up with another review to let you know how the company responds.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! This place is an absolute joke! I ordered and received a dress that looked nothing like the quality in the picture, more like paper mache. I sent it back on Feb 14 and it is now March 30th, still no refund or credit (with proof of UPS Delivery on Feb 18). After several failed attempts of a refund via email, I was given the run around and empty promises that the issue would be resolved. Over $400 later, I’m left with a terrible experience, poor quality goods that I am not compensated for, and beyond terrible customer service. ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Whoever owns this company takes no pride in it AT ALL, and should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and shop at Forever 21 before you buy here.

Someone please point me in the 0 star direction. I ordered my dress (Diana White) almost 2 weeks ago, received it today 01/31/2022 and what do I find when I pull back the tissue paper, my dress alright WITH purple marks all over it! I took pictures and video in case they want to claim something false. This is the worst form of customer service. Finally, I suggest ALIEVA have someone oversee items ordered before shipping to avoid this nonsense.

Bought a dress, it was too small. Contacted customer service and they got back to me straight away and exchanged the dress. Quality is beautiful. Will buy from them again.

If it has zero star, I will give it to them. This is biggest scam ever. Can’t contact to them, send them emails and never answer, send them message on Instagram and Facebook, they read, ignored and left me on seen. I spent 229usd for the stupid dress. All I wanted is just exchange the size. I send the item back to them for exchange. and they just disappeared after they got it. What a joke.

Ordered a dress - paid for rush - it came 2 week after my date - dress came with marks on it and a yellow ribbon wrapped around it. I had to take the yellow ribbon off to try on dress - the dress did not fit right. I returned the dress - was told that I could not get refund because I cut off yellow ribbon - I tried to get refund - could not - after many fight - they gave me a refund code that did not work - AWEFUL!! BAD BUSINESS - THEY MAKR THER MONEY FROM NOT RETURNING REFUNDS - I WANT MY MONEY BACK - THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT NEED TO JAIL THEM!!

This online store is a scam!!!! I ordered a dasha dress and got it too late for my event. Then when i opened the dress i noticed it was used! It had deoraent stains and smelled used and it was stretched. I didnt even try it. I returned the dress and alieva denied my return and sent me back this disgusting dress!!!! Be aware this company is a fraud!! I want my money back!!

I ordered a dress on October 13. I was told it would arrive by the 19th. It did not arrive on time which is understandable due to supply chain issues. The new arrival date was October 23 which coincidentally is the date that I needed the address for. I was flying out of state for an event and the ship arrive time was after my flight. I received a notification that UPS had delivered my package. I called a relative to drive 45 minutes to my house to pick up the package and overnight it to me for the event. When she arrived UPS had delivered the wrong package. I have been working with Alieva since 23 October to get a refund for the dress that I ordered. It has been over two months and I have not gotten a refund even after several emsil exchanges. While I realize the ship deliver error is UPS‘s fault and not Alieva’s, I still need them to address this issue.

Received Items not as advertised. Refund request only possible via their website, No customer support, no phone number available, sent several emails and no response. Lost $350.00 for nothing. Buyers be aware. Avoid purchasing from alieva.com.

Do not shop with them. I regret giving them my business. They only sent one item when I told them to update the size the same day I placed the order. I’m missing another item and this took forever to come. If I don’t get my other item, I’m filing a chargeback with my bank. Do not purchase anything from them, it’s a scam.

Ordered a dress on this website, paid 2 day rush shipping and they say Ups has lost the mail, so I asked them to send me another dress or refund my money, they say they cannot do that either and we will have to wait for the logistics department to get back! This is unacceptable customer service, no 1-800 phone number to call just email and wait 12 hrs to get a response! Buyers be aware before purchasing!

Very high quality garments made from substantial fabrics and very well constructed. I gave them 5 stars because they are definitely legit. They respond to emails, although not always the best customer service. They could improve by having a phone number and by having a style consultant to help you determine the best sizing and style for you since they are online only and one cant try on. They do have a good return policy on full priced items which makes things a bit better.

The patterns are very stylish but their cuts could be improved. So be prepared to make alterations if you want a great fit. If you are straight up and down, boxy/boyish figure they may work without alterations. But if you have even a little but of curves the fit will likely be off. I found the garments are too generous in the waist and too tight across the thighs. I don’t understand how I can be 5’2” 120lbs, fit/curvy with measurements of 35”-27”-37” and the size S is too tight across my thighs and arms yet too loose in the waist. I have a nice curvy figure but certainly not the most hourglass (not super hippy nor tiniest waist). I am usually an XS. But in their dresses even the S is too tight to sit down comfortably. But I feel they are very high quality so it is worth it to get it altered.

I placed an order number #24719 on August 30th. I received an email on September 3rd that it’s been delivered, however, I stepped outside and saw no delivery at my porch or mailbox. My doorbell was not even rung as I was home.

I contacted ups and was told for the sender to start a claim. For the past one month, Alieva has refused to refund my $237. They also refuse to reply my emails or when they do, they send unintelligible replies that have nothing to do with my complaint. There is also no phone number to contact them
