I had problems with them, but сustomer service connected with me and they have solved my problem. So now I'm happy. They have really good prices and my order was delivered and everything seems ok.

Fast delivery, unfortunately I had problem with the item I ordered but company solved my problem and I got full refund.

I just purchased new Roborock S5 MAX (white) and it arrived next day using a reputable delivery company (DPD) that allows tracking and 1 hour delivery window

Prices are slightly higher then AliExpress for sure but for the products that can not be delivered without customs AliGo is the best option. Fast and reliable delivery.

Ordered the Ninebot es2 and was unsure on the promised delivery times. It said it would take 3 business days. To my surprise it was 100% correct! Very happy with product and seller was easy to contact. Would use again.

The only website I could find with the product I wanted with UK delivery. Good contact via WhatsApp from the company for a query on the delay.

Had no issues, order delivery exactly as described and on time.

I finally got my refund after placing my order more than 3 weeks ago . Delivery was expected in 2-3 working days but after 5 days I had to chase on the status of the order and got a very odd response accusing my transaction as fraudulent and had to spend unnecessary time contacting my card company. After the seller agreed that he would send my order "as soon as possible" I had to chase twice further when this was . He kept on delaying me until I got fed up and asked for a refund.

It's a genuine website but being run not professionally as I think the seller didn't have the stock but wasn't honest enough to say so and request the buyer be patient.

As you can see from the other comments it's a bit and miss. There were some comments the seller challenges and I assume he is determined to keep a good image but the best thing is to have a good service.

Great website to buy stuff. Customers service is excellent. I didn't get this type of customer service elsewhere. I bought segway ninebot kickscooter max and its awesome and after-sale services are great .

At first, I had my doubts about the authenticity of reviews here. I sent the owner/sales agent a Whatsapp message - got a quick response. In the end, I received excellent customer service, perhaps better than I would have had from a large online retailer. I'd highly recommend Aligo! (I bought the Roborock S5 Max)
