Delivery took longer than it ought to have because Aligo fraud prevention system marked my order as dubious and I didn't receive any communication from them notifying me of the problem.
Customer service was responsive and good when I got in touch and goods were delivered the following day.

Everything fine, considering Coronavirus problems.
Product is in perfect condition, nicely wrapped and protected, and all documentation was included. Delivery date was one more day than estimated but considering all the current Coronavirus protocols, I'm surprised it even came when it did so 10/10 very happy.
