Ordering through to the dispatch Excellent. Let down by Royal Mail.
Overall the ordering through to the dispatch went smoothly. I selected Tracked 24hr Royal Mail postage and items were dispatched next day. It then took Royal Mail two days before parcel was showing on their tracking (not over the weekend), once parcel showed on tracking it took 24hrs (+2days “lost” !!)

A Very Happy Customer
I ordered a cycling jacket from Alison and it arrived well packaged and in good time. I initially chose Alison Biciclette because the price of the Oxford Venture Jacket was very competitive. I was very pleased with the order; however, I had ordered the wrong size so I contacted Alison and arranged an exchange. Alison was really accommodating, reserving the correct size which was dispatched quickly whilst I returned the original. Overall Alison could not have been more helpful in sorting out my order and ensuring I had the correct sized jacket. I would highly recommend Alison Biciclette for supplying cycling kit that was easy to order, if necessary quick and easy to exchange and sold at a very fair price. Thank you from a very happy customer.
