Great shop and fab customer service, 1 small improvement I'd advise was a breakdown of postage costs. I agreed with the upfront costs of £6.15 and then got an invoice for £2.99so emailed to query as no breakdown was provided adding up all costs. We had a good chat and established it was Royal mail fees. No issues and great service many thanks

Excellent customer service
Recently purchased a few items from here. Unfortunately there was a little mix up with the order. Not really an issue as the items weren't needed at that moment. Emailed to inform and got an immediate, friendly response and the issue was resolved straight away. Got the correct items two days later. It's this type of service that matters (to me) and will keep me returning for future purchases . What a fantastic business to buy from. Will not hesitate in recommending and will be my first port of call for bike bits in the future.
