Faultless Service
Good selection of products, clearly set-out website, competitive pricing and timely communications. Also, a discount coupon I had been sent, but mislaid and couldn't find, was still honoured - how's that for quality service. A slight confusion over me establishing a customer account was efficiently rectified by email.
In my limited dealings with Alison's Biciclette, I got the strong impression of an honest and reputable seller which will now be my first port of call for bicycle related goods.
