I bought four rugs and carpets, and all of them arrived in bad quality and poor packaging, and the next day I tried to contact the company to return the order. They do not have employees who speak only English and Turkish. They asked me to communicate via WhatsApp in the Netherlands, and I was informed that the company is not responsible for the return costs, and I have already paid the return amount For two weeks now, I have not received any mail from them, really very bad service.

All items arrived good well packaged the item as described
When I purchased the item on line it was states no custom for UK But after waited more then three weeks I received email from UPS saying that I needs to pay custom for the item However I contacted to Alkapida they told me that they will pay to custom then I receive email again UPS saying item on the when delivery arrived driver told one package has been paid other didn’t paid I need to pay custom I paid on the phone to UPS asked them receipt or proof they only gave payment references then I have contact again Alkapida they asked proof of payment I told I only have hand writing payment reference number I send them They refund my money ! So Alkapida should know I have two packages at the beginning should paid Both! UPS company there is no communication no contact number no delivery notification nothing!
At the end All the items arrived nice and good very good packages happy purchased! Thanks

Good experience in overall
Some products are good but some are bad (I don't recommend stainless steel and electric devices but the rest are good) support is great with WhatsApp and they always reply and try to keep you happy. The website itself needs improvements, the UX is not so good but still you can find what you want and even pay cash when you receive the items
