Absolute criminals running this…

Absolute criminals running this website. They will change any reviews if an estate agent takes out membership and makes a monthly subscription to either of their packages - silver or gold.
This is a money making scam site for the criminals behind Allagents to defraud money out of estate agents.

Unprofessional and dishonest

Terrible company who seem to filter reviews according to their own agenda which results in a severely distorted picture of any agent that has the misfortune to appear on their site. They are thoroughly unprofessional and dishonest and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your research. Rude staff who will claim they acting only in the interests of "the consumer" when actually they really don't care about the consumer. Believe the many bad reviews on here - funny how there are only two 5 star reviews in recent weeks which have come from a "Mr Barber" and a "Mr & Mrs Barber". Coincidence?! Of course not.

I am gobsmacked by the way this company operates. They don't allow positive reviews to filter in. I promised my estate agent a great review all due to the extraordinary service I received from them while renting a property, but my review hasn't gone through at all after 2 weeks still no review to be seeing.

Not trustable

I tried reviewing a good working estate agent via All agents, surprisingly my good review never went live. Later, I tried reviewing the same estate agent but with 1 star, shockingly the review went live immediately.

Very bad

All Agents is the lowest of the low

All Agents is the lowest of the low, they are very anti- agent and do not moderate or verify reviews which are very often fake.
We do not regard Allagents as a credible or ethical review site in the way that they operate.
so All Agents... here is your very own one star review.

Rude and arrogant staff only want to…

Rude and arrogant staff only want to help you if you have a premium account which funnily you need to pay for. When you confront them on this the staff get very defensive and aggressive. The staff delete genuine positive reviews in an attempt to close businesses.

Very Credible

Great to see a warts and all review site for agents - well done allAgents, just what the industry needs to weed out bad eggs

Received blackmail email

Received 'sextortion' email directly from the allAgents mailing list address, which indicates a breach of subscribers' personal data. Whilst I immediately identified this as a scam, others may not, and I've yet to receive any clarification email or apology from allAgents.

allAgents did not publish my review now have a data breach

Some time ago as a Landlord, I tried to write a review describing a bad experience with an Estate Agent in London (Black Katz) with AllAgents and for some reason it never got published.....

It is my perception that AllAgents charge a fee to Agents and this gives those Agents preferential treatment i.e publishing of positive reviews and blocking negative reviews.

It now seems allAgents had a data breach as I received the below email from a scammer trying to extort money from me.

My advice - don't use allAgents and don't use Black Katz.

Please note I have edited this review as Allagents reported it, and as such it was taken offline. This happened to me and many others who have reviewed this company on Trustpilot. As part of this process I had to prove to Trustpilot that my review was legitimate. This I did by providing the documentation required. I also see from the reviews being reposted this 'issue' is being resolved by other reviewers and their legitimate reviews are now back online. I question how easy it is for AllAgents to get reviews taken down, did they have to provide evidence....

Below is the scam email came into my junk folder:-
*I had to edit the 'offensive' language used in the email I received

Hi.. . This email is not going to acquire too much of your energy, and so direct to the condition. I got a video clip of you tootin' your horn when at the pornpage you're been to, because of a terrific 'rear end' software program I have was able to put on a couple of websites with that kind of material. You click play button and all cameras and a mic start working in addition, it saves every darn detail coming from your pc, including contact info, passwords or 'defication' similar to dat, think just where i obtained this email address from?) And so now we all know just who i will send out that to, in case you not necessarily gonna settle down this with me. I am going to place a wallet address below for you to send me 330 dollars in Three dayz max via bitcoin. See, it's not that huge of a sum to pay, suppose this makes me not that terrible of a person. You are allowed to complete which ever da 'defication' you would like to, yet if i will not find the total amount in the time period mentioned above, clearly... you already realize what could happen. And so it's under your control at this point. I'm not gonna go through everything and stuff, just simply don't have time for that and you probably know that net is loaded with text letters similar to this, so it is also your decision to trust in this or not, there may be just a proven way to uncover. Here's the btc wallet address:

Looks like a data breech

Yes, it looks like a data breech at all agents; I got the same email this morning. It must be a couple of years since I used Allagents and this hasn't happened before, so I'm guessing that this data breech has just happened,

Inaccurate information not to be trusted

This website purports to be - The UK's Largest Customer Review Website for the Property Industry - However, I would not trust the information provided. When I looked at agents listed in my own small town, of the four agents listed, two have not existed for some years, one having ceased trading at least 15 years ago. One of the largest agents in the town is not given a listing.

Poor Review Site.

When asked to remove a false review from disgruntled customers who post fake reviews, we were told to take out a Gold Package for £300 per month to do so.

A useful site for landlords

A useful site for landlords to review the service provided by letting agents to both tenants and landlords. I used this site in June 2018, and it helped me choose a local agent that exceeded the service I had previously received from a large high street letting agent.
