An Agent with a POOR experience

We are a hard working local agency and we have been using All Agents for a while having amassed 40 + reviews, particularly with a leaning to letting. Our reviews are from a spread vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords. We have had the odd/few bad reviews but we see that as par for the course and these are small in number. We put a lot of effort into what we do. Recently reviews have stopped showing and having sent a couple of e-mails directly to them and their sales agent (who wanted us to be come part of their 'transparent' scheme !) we have had no replies. One client completed their review in the office, was sent an e-mail and verified it, for it still not to show. They are currently hampering our business rather than enhancing it. Another agent is paying them to be part of their scheme. Make of that what you will.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately you have posted this anonymously which does make us question if this is a genuine experience and not one of the fake reviews that Trustpilot are famous for allowing. We are in the business of posting reviews, however we DO NOT allow reviews to be posted from within your office (which is what you appear to be saying here) and this would explain it.
