We visited Allan’s Furniture Warehouse today and bought a new bed Tom the salesman was very friendly and helpful he showed us various beds mattresses and headboards and left us to make up our minds and did not stand over the top of us or put any pressure on us.

Good Easter beds deal.
Went to visit Allan's beds department and got a good Easter deal from Tom. Simple deal, no fuss, no frills. Better deal than the razzmatazz Dreams or Bensons Beds. Not the most glitzy of places but good deal and we're happy.

5 star service.
My wife and I bought an Italian leather suite and we were given an expected 16 week delivery time. John Docherty said he would give us a loan suite until our new one arrived . True to his word a loan suite was delivered to us and it was like brand new condition.
The new suite has just been delivered after 13 weeks and we are delighted with it.
The boys who delivered it Gary and Mick were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them . All round a first class service and we will definitely recommend and buy from Allan's again in the future.

Bought a corner sofa from this company…
Bought a corner sofa from this company 10 months ago with charging ports.
Also bought 3 years insurance for £300.
I went into the store to explain one charging port has stopped working and both ends which recline have dropped. The man was not interested in helping me without my invoice number. So I went home and phoned him with the number, waste of time - "they'll get back to me". Again I phoned up to be told "they'll get back to me."
Don't waste your money on insurance with this company,I am currently in touch with the financial ombudsman and trading standards about how best to go about this.
